Perfect food tour that goes beyond just food!

Selen was the ideal tour guide! She led us to several wonderful local spots to explore Turkish food, exactly as we hoped, but more than that, she incorporated her archaeological background to teach us about the history and culture that drove the food we ate. I didn’t expect so much depth out of this tour! It was such a treat to have left the tour with full stomachs and expanded minds. And of course, I would take a truckload of that katmer home with me if I could!

Wonderful private your with Banu

This was so much better than a ship tour! Pick up and drop off were a cinch. Banu was very professional and personal. Her English is superb and she provided us with just the right amount of information. She tailored the entire tour to fit our needs, interests, and capabilities. Our driver was great as well, but we don't remember his name. We had never been to Ephesus before, and the archaeological site as well as the virtual presentation at the visitor center were amazing! We skipped the religious sites and went to a yarn shop, an ancient Turkish bath, a place where rugs were made, a ceramic shop, and a nice lunch. Some were normal choices for the tour and others were stops we requested. The tour was reasonable compared to ship tours. Admission to Ephesus and lunch were extra. Banu extended the tour to over 7 hours to accommodate our added stops and would have gone longer if we wanted.

The cruise. Very nice and the ship's staff was excellent.

In general good, but it is impossible to communicate with the Tripadvisor staff; they have an SMS channel and no one answers. They must think that the phone number to call in another country is not operational, and furthermore, in my case Turkey, even if I call my agent, I cannot communicate. We did not go with a guide, but I have to rate it; the worst thing, I repeat, is the difficult communication with the agency that organizes the cruise.

One of a kind experience .. a sunrise I won’t forget soon

Everything about the Cappadocia balloon ride was seamless: the pickup, getting into the balloon, and the ride itself. You can see how skilled the team is, and why this is such a highlight when you visit Cappadocia. As a solo traveller, I was a little anxious about safety and whether the operator was legitimate. I had only one day, and while the weather is out of anyone’s control, I had a lot of questions about everything else. I cannot say enough about how amazing the team was. They were organized, professional and so kind. And the whole experience was so much fun. I have travelled to more than 20 countries, and not many things surprise me anymore. Cappadocia did. The valley is stunning, and no matter what you have seen or what people have told you, there is no way to experience it without being completely moved. It is truly one of a kind. This is not a quick 30-minute ride. You are in the air for easily an hour, if not more, and get to see the whole valley, the beautiful fairy chimneys and the sunrise. The view is unreal. I feel so lucky to have experienced it with perfect weather, and I am so grateful to the team who made everything run so smoothly. Huge kudos to them. You absolutely must do this when you are in Cappadocia.

Excellent Transportation Service

We used SAW travel for the Arirport transfer from the Istanbul airport to a hotel in Taksim and for the return airport transfer. For both transfers, the manager Deniz was very helpful and kept in constant touch by WhatsApp throughout the transfers to make sure both our rides were comfortable and without any issues. On both rides, we had the same wonderful driver, Sabri, who kept us entertained and also provided some meaningful information on Istanbul and its history. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience with SAW travel and would definitely use their service next time we are in Instanbul. Thank you, Deniz and Sabri.

Beautiful and historic Istanbul sites

We only had one day in Istanbul and this tour covered some amazing highlights. Our tour guide, Cem, was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable about the sites we visited: the German Fountain, Hippodrome of Constantinople, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, and Theodosius Cistern. His English was excellent and he took time to make sure all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend this tour!

Excellent tour of Istanbul highlights

Excellent tour! Our guide, Emre, was very knowledgeable about the history of Istanbul and the sites on the tour. Moving between the three sites was seamless with our guide. The Blue Mosque was definitely the highlight for us, but all three sites were beautiful and interesting. Highly recommend this tour!

Amazing experience, well executed!

The hot air balloon ride is one of a lifetime experience! And this company executed every detail perfectly! From the communication via WhatsApp one day prior the flight, to the pickup/drop off and the flight itself! The driver was friendly. The balloon crew was professional and nice. The pilot himself was very good and experienced. We had an amazing experience! Thank you! It’s recommended to take the first (sunrise) flight and to reserve it upfront, because it gets more expensive/sold out closer to the date, also make sure to reserve it on the first day of your stay, so if it gets canceled due to the weather you can do it one of the next days. Bring cash if you want the video footage. There is a snack bag for everyone and no time to eat it, but also you don’t need it much.
