This Cappadocia hot air balloon ride was absolutely breathtaking. From on-time hotel transfer to smooth landing, the team operated everything flawlessly. Our experienced pilot flew gently through the valleys, offering stunning overhead views of fairy chimneys at sunrise. The sky full of floating balloons made the scenery look surreal. The post-flight toast and souvenir certificate were wonderful bonuses. Safe, comfortable and unforgettable, perfect for family travel. Would absolutely book again!

You know what to expect when you book this experience, it's in the description. But I did not expect two things there. First is that the balloon may descend REALLY low to the ground for us to see some of the rock formations and carved out structures, that was amazing. At some point we descended into a pit between rocks, flying just above someone's house, and then while we were hovering just a meter above a hill I was able to pick a random flower growing there for my girlfriend, that's how low and precise the pilot was! Second thing is that at the end of the flight we landed on a pick up track, not on the ground! The track's driver and the pilot amused us with their precise team work one more time. Also it's a great opportunity to make a proposal at the sunrise :)

From the cave hotel pick-up by Ahmed to the morning snacks, the trip started perfectly and the weather was beautiful too. Turquaz Balloons are fantastic because they don't overcrowd the basket, so everyone enjoys the views. Pilot Abdullah made a super smooth, safe landing right onto the back of the ute, and the crew was ready on the ground. Such great teamwork! We ended the morning with a great champagne celebration. Big thank you to Turquaz Balloons and The Team.

We were happy with their services and would recommend it to friends and family. They picked us at the exact time later took us to their office for breakfast and gave us some information about the pilot and transfer. Breakfast was light but the quality of food was great. After breakfast we were taken to the flight area we were in the air for 60 minutes the pilot EFTAL was experienced and their team was also very experienced. The baloon ride went smooth they also helped my mother who is above 75 to get in and out of the basket without hastle which was the most happeist part of the whole experince.I would like to Thank Turkuaz Balloons team for looking after her.

The most amazing and beautiful experience! from start to finish. we were picked up from our hotel and taken to eat a light breakfast which was delicious. then we were driven to our hot air balloon, the views and weather were perfect!

Fantastic experience throughout! We did the standard sunrise balloon tour with Turquaz Balloons, and it exceeded our expectations at every turn. The whole team/crew was obviously highly trained and organized. We lucked out with beautiful weather over Goreme, but the highlight was the end in Love Valley. This was in large part due to the incredible skill of our pilot Izzet Ersoy-he was amazing! Izzet was friendly yet very professional and an incredibly talented pilot. He is the BEST! I participated in the hot air balloon flight with Turquaz Balloons in late May and it was the highlight of my Cappadocia trip. In the days leading up to my flight, the company was very communicative in reconfirming my reservation and sharing pick-up details. The shuttle pick-up was on-time and very smooth.
Yahya was my pilot and I can’t give him enough compliments for making the flight so fun! He explained the details of our flight, pointed out landmarks while in the air, and he made jokes which all led to an amazing experience. Thank you Yahya and the entire team for making my flight memorable!

This company was wonderful. They were so organized, made the day so easy for us, and started with a great breakfast. We absolutely loved our pilot, Eftal. Our ride was 1 hour and 6 minutes with a smaller group of people, maybe around 18. Eftal went up high and down into the valleys, also rotating the balloon for all sides to see everything we loved him!!! Best day ever!!!

Brothers Balloon team was great (Berkan was our pilot) - just was slightly surprised that ride was with them vs Turquaz. Bring a windbreaker as it can get cold and note that the heat from flame can definitely make the ride a little uncomfortable without a hat

Pick up and drop off was well organised

We had a great experience with Turquaz Balloons. They were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Due to weather balloon flights were cancelled on our scheduled date and they seamlessly rebooked us for the next day. The pickup and breakfast were easy and we had an amazing hot air balloon experience. They even helped arrange transport immediately after our balloon trip so we could make our flight out of Cappadocia.

We had the most incredible hot air balloon trip with Yahya as our pilot! From start to finish, everything was extremely professional and smooth. Communication before the experience was clear and timely, and the pickup was actually 15 minutes early—which already gave us a great first impression.
During the flight, Yahya was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole experience felt well-organized and thoughtful.
One of the highlights (and a fun surprise!) was the landing. We actually landed right onto the vehicle so smoothly—such a cool moment and definitely a memory we’ll never forget.

Wonderful experience. Balloon pilot Yahya was excellent. Lots of cool low passes over Goreme, & also got up to 1000 meters. On time pickup from hotel, and they served us a nice breakfast.

Incredible from start to finish. Pick up was prompt and friendly and we arrived on site to coffee and breakfast pastries. The balloons were prepared and I felt so safe. We booked the budget flight and there was 28 people (+ 2 pilots) but it wasn’t cramped at all. The takeoff was smooth and the flight was seamless. I was anxious taking off and instantly regretted my choice but 5 minutes in I was having the time of my life. Stunning scenery and the balloon turned often so both sides of the basket got to enjoy all of the incredible views. We landed in a different place where the van was ready to meet us, along with the team who were eager to celebrate our safe landing with a glass of champagne, banana bread, a certificate and medal. The team were absolutely fantastic and I can see why they are rated so highly.
10/10 for service and feel good vibes.

The communication was very good and the driver was even early to pick us up. The food before and after plus the drink was very good and we were well looked after. The experience was unbelievable and I would recommend to anyone that if you're considering a ride in a hot air balloon, do it in Cappadocia. The number of hot air balloons was incredible and the landscape was so different to other areas of the world. We felt incredibly safe and we were helped in and out of the balloons and we're close to 70. There was even a proposal whilst we were up in the air!

Turkacz balloons was very organized well run and very very safe. While we were waiting for the balloons to be inflate, they had a fire pit going with fresh coffee and breakfast snack. The pilot was very good in maneuvering the balloon so that we can be optimized in our viewing.. This has been my third balloon ride and by far the smoothest running. After we landed, they had prepared champagne and certificate, and a fridge magnet commemorating our balloon ride. Overall very well done. Definitely would recommend to anybody wanting to do balloon ride in Cappadocia
