We had a great experience with Turquaz Balloons. They were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Due to weather balloon flights were cancelled on our scheduled date and they seamlessly rebooked us for the next day. The pickup and breakfast were easy and we had an amazing hot air balloon experience. They even helped arrange transport immediately after our balloon trip so we could make our flight out of Cappadocia.

We had the most incredible hot air balloon trip with Yahya as our pilot! From start to finish, everything was extremely professional and smooth. Communication before the experience was clear and timely, and the pickup was actually 15 minutes early—which already gave us a great first impression.
During the flight, Yahya was knowledgeable, friendly, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole experience felt well-organized and thoughtful.
One of the highlights (and a fun surprise!) was the landing. We actually landed right onto the vehicle so smoothly—such a cool moment and definitely a memory we’ll never forget.
Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a well-handled, scenic, and unforgettable adventure. A big thank you to Yahya and the whole team! 🎈✨

Wonderful experience. Balloon pilot Yahya was excellent. Lots of cool low passes over Goreme, & also got up to 1000 meters. On time pickup from hotel, and they served us a nice breakfast.

Incredible from start to finish. Pick up was prompt and friendly and we arrived on site to coffee and breakfast pastries. The balloons were prepared and I felt so safe. We booked the budget flight and there was 28 people (+ 2 pilots) but it wasn’t cramped at all. The takeoff was smooth and the flight was seamless. I was anxious taking off and instantly regretted my choice but 5 minutes in I was having the time of my life. Stunning scenery and the balloon turned often so both sides of the basket got to enjoy all of the incredible views. We landed in a different place where the van was ready to meet us, along with the team who were eager to celebrate our safe landing with a glass of champagne, banana bread, a certificate and medal. The team were absolutely fantastic and I can see why they are rated so highly.
10/10 for service and feel good vibes.

The communication was very good and the driver was even early to pick us up. The food before and after plus the drink was very good and we were well looked after. The experience was unbelievable and I would recommend to anyone that if you're considering a ride in a hot air balloon, do it in Cappadocia. The number of hot air balloons was incredible and the landscape was so different to other areas of the world. We felt incredibly safe and we were helped in and out of the balloons and we're close to 70. There was even a proposal whilst we were up in the air!

Turkacz balloons was very organized well run and very very safe. While we were waiting for the balloons to be inflate, they had a fire pit going with fresh coffee and breakfast snack. The pilot was very good in maneuvering the balloon so that we can be optimized in our viewing.. This has been my third balloon ride and by far the smoothest running. After we landed, they had prepared champagne and certificate, and a fridge magnet commemorating our balloon ride. Overall very well done. Definitely would recommend to anybody wanting to do balloon ride in Cappadocia

Excellent communications and organizations. I took my elderly parents to Cappadocia and signed up for the balloon ride, the team was professional in communications, punctual, and friendly. I was 3 months pregnant at the time and didn't know that expectant moms aren't supposed to take the ride. The team kindly reminded me 2 days prior to the tour, and gave me a free cancellation but still took me to the venue so I can watch and take care of my parents. My parents truly appreciated the one-in-a-life time experience and loved how it was easy for them. We'll totally come back when our son is old enough to make up my miss!

Communication was really good. We got the times of pickups as promised. Picked up and taken to their lovely office and offered a really tasty breakfast of croissants fresh fruit tea and coffee with a variety of juices.
We had a lovely welcome and given our pilots name. Sadly it was too windy in the end and Turkish Aviatiin cancelled all balloon flights that day. The company handled it perfectly. They kept us updated throughout the process and once cancelled offered full refunds or rebooking. Because it’s peak season we could not rebook for the next day as it was already fully booked. I got my refund confirmation ( through Viator ) later that day.
Professional company with lovely staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with them again.

This turned out to be an absolute highlight of our trip so far. It has left me with memories that will last forever. Our pilots and crew were amazing , landing the basket back on the trailer. The image at sunrise of many many balloons rising one after the other was just incredible. We rose to 1000 metres and also dropped down to where we could almost touch the “Fairy’s Chimneys”
I highly recommend this to anyone. Totally awe inspiring.
