First the operator did not provide the hotel pick up which was agreed and then the cancelled the hot air balloon ride without any really clear explanation. They said the weather was not good which just was not true. N.B. I hold a SPL Pilots licence and can read the weather very well. So no room for interpretation on my side. Official GAFOR (general aviation) weather report for the region was ok. The alternative program which should serve as replacement for the hot air balloon ride was lousy. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM and find a honnest and serious company.

"Horrible experience"

This tour was the most horrible trip we had ever done in our life time. The tour manager and the tour guide were having no sense of understanding whatsoever ever. They were speaking so mechanically and having no concerns about your situation. Wrong planning where they had shifted Green tour from second day to First day where we were totally tired after getting up mid night and flew by air. Never checked in to our hotel as the green tour ended only at 8 PM. Hot Air Ballon which was our main purpose to opt for this tour got cancelled we urged them to book our flight in a same night. The green tour wss so tiring and the tour operator or the hotel didn't offer us even a bottle of water inspite we are with two children. The Tour Manager Ibrahim and Murat were so rude in the conversation that no guest would like to deal with them. Inspite of clear projection of bad weather and less possibility of Hot Air Ballon the tour manager Murat forced us to travel and kept a false hope that the Hit Air Ballon would surely happen. Overall we would rate Zero out of 10.

Horrible communication and planning

Cappadocia trip has been a huge let down to us. First of all it was poorly coordinated, we received our tickets less than a day before the flight (we booked the tour 3 months in advance with full payment). Secondly, we got minimal information about what tours include, their timing and departure times. The tours are so jammed that you don’t even get a chance to change after waking up at 4. You also have to wake up at 4 days in row, and by end of this trip you will be completely exhausted. Lastly, and most dissatisfying, the local contact, Murat ATLI has been extremely rude and unprofessional. After I mentioned to him my dissatisfaction he responded with a comment that the whole situation is “not his problem”. After all I am highly displeased with the way that our trip, that we planned for and were excited for so long came to such result.

Great time. Well worth doing and good value for money. 2 minibus tours / Cave hotel for a night / Balloon ride / Air flight to and from the area. Not sure why people only book for a balloon flight when there is so much to do.

Cappadocia is incredible and need a visit! The tour is well organized and it is not expensive for the service given. Obviously the baloon tour is the best ever but also sleeping in one stonehouse hotel is a fantastic experience

This is a dream come true to ride Hot Air Balloon... awesome!!! Higly recommended guys. When travelling to Istanbul don't forget Cappadocia... please don't missed this place. The ride was so smooth you won't feel anything that you're already up there. Enjoy the view from the top... rock formation the best! You will see the giant chimneys its a like you're in a movie... or hearing a fairy tale stories and imagining it. This one is real. Go to Cappadocia... more exciting tourist attraction to visit.
