While the ship does not look quite as nice as the pictures the staff and experience are well worth it. We found the crew to be very accommodating and friendly with great knowledge.

Fellow travelers who booked this trip through Trip Advisor got a photo of the guide who'd meet with a sign, and explicit directions where to meet. Viator did not, and we spent a half hour wandering the shoreline asking where to go. Also, your Viator notification pops up on my iphone lockscreen and NEVER goes away no matter what I do to delete it. Even turning off Notifications doesn't work. As for the tour--a routine city ferry ride. Okay, but nothing special.

A lovely relaxed way to spend the early evening, seeing and learning about parts of Istanbul you would otherwise not see. Lovely touch to have delicious snacks and drinks. Robert was very welcoming and helpful.

The yacht was really nice and the staff were great but unfortunately it was a tad cold and the blankets were not suitable.
The tables were a little unstable and resulted in two drink spillages so hold onto your drinks.

Gorgeous views! Knowledgeable tour guide.
Snacks were much appreciated and service of the staff was great.
The weather was cold and rainy, which was not ideal. Glad to have had blankets provided to keep warm.
Would have been nice to meet in place where we can shelter from the weather.
I would have preferred if there was no smoking on the boat, the smell made half our group nauseous.
I would recommend during the warmer months of the year.

We did the 10:30 AM tour and Robert was our guide. The yacht was sleek, beautiful, and impressive, especially when docked. among all of the standard river ferrries and taxis.The staff was great and wasted no time, one we were on our way in serving our beverages and fruit and dessert snacks. Robert was very personable and gracious when answering all of our questions about the city. We spent the first hour, cruising the European side, and the second hour cruising back along the Asian side. It’s a great way to see the city from a new perspective. Highly recommend this tour!

We wanted to see the sunset from the boat, unfortunately the weather was not the best but the tour experience was great. You get plenty of information during the 2 hours tour and have tea, coffee, fruits and sweets at your disposal.

The meeting location was clear and our guide was on time to greet everyone ahead of the trip along the Bosphorus. Points of interest were highlighted by our tour guide with some interesting facts thrown in. The return journey, as the sun was setting, was a fantastic opportunity to take photos of the city. The only small downside was the 'snack' wasn't too exciting! But overall the trip was a nice experience on the water.

Very nice sunset cruise. Loved every minute of it.
Snacks and drinks basic but good. Guide very friendly and gives great tips to visit Istanbul.
Communication with the tourguide is very clear and not to hard to find the boat meeting point.

The boat was comfortable, perfect length of time. Canapés were not good. The fact that we arrived early to assure we would get good seats was all for not. He read names off the list so we were close to the end at boarding.

This was such a great way to see the beautiful city of Istanbul! We had amazing views, and the boat took us further than we expected allowing us to take in a lot! The crew was amazing, and the head tour guide made a point to go around to each group on the boat and make them feel welcome. We had a mishap at the end of the boat, which was our fault, and the crew and tour manager were beyond kind and accommodating. We would recommend this tour to anyone!
