2 cafes with the same name made it a bit confusing to start but everything after that was fantastic. Good service, nice boat, informative. Definitely recommend. Our narration guide was perfect.

Beautiful way to the see the city! Extremely well-timed with sunset. The light snacks were delicious and it was a great way to learn at a high-level about other neighborhoods and the vibe of Istanbul.

We had a great time. The boat was comfortable with variety of seating options. The staff were excellent and the hotel transfer was efficient with good communication. Only unfortunate thing was the clouds so we couldn’t see the sunset, but that happens sometimes.

We’re sorry the clouds decided to hide the sunset that evening — unfortunately, that’s the one part of the experience we can’t control! We’re very happy that you still had a great time cruising the Bosphorus, and we hope to welcome you aboard again on a perfectly clear evening next time.
The pick up process is as seamless, but getting home was more challenging as our driver spoke no English and dropped us off ‘near’ the hotels, which confused some people. Also, I recommend eating beforehand, we expected canapés and fruit (as per the Viator description) but received some nuts and a piece of baclava.

Regarding the refreshments, we would like to clarify that this cruise does not include a full meal or canapés. As stated in the Viator inclusions, we provide a selection of fresh seasonal fruits, snacks, cookies and Turkish baklava, together with homemade lemonade or fruit juice, plus unlimited tea and coffee.
If fresh fruit was not served during your cruise, we sincerely apologize, as this should have been included. We will follow this up with our onboard team to ensure the advertised service is provided consistently.

Shame my daughter was subjected to a barrage of questions checking she had paid. Only to find dispite showing them the tickets when my daughter said the name they realised it was not her they were looking for.

Defo recommend this trip, picked up from selected location, taken to boat. Crew were very attentive. Guide on boat was very funny. Snacks were good. Take jacket or jumper as towards end of trip it got quite cold

Bring a light jacket or sweater and accept their offer of a blanket if you are outside in front seating. This was a very nice Bosphorus cruise. I highly recommend.

The trip lived upto expextations. The constant flow of snacks and the helpful crew made this an enjoyable experience and one that I would happily recommend to others. The cruise vessel was spotlessly clean and well maintained too. The person providing the commentary perhaps was a little too talkative maybe that could be improved. Less inane chatter. Point out the things of interest and not much more.

The boat is very comfortable. The historical tour portion is very informative. The views are amazing! You get your moneys worth because it’s a decently timed tour wherein it last pretty long. The welcome drinks and snacks are a nice touch too. Overall I highly recommend it.

This Sunset Cruise was the best choice during our entire visit to Istanbul. The ship was clean and elegant. Multiple choices on where to sit to enjoy the ride and views and for the best photos. Our English speaking tour guide was great and clearly was proud to show off her city. We chose the sights we wanted to explore because of the introduction from the Bosphrous. The included snacks was an awesome surprise. Delicious and beautifully presented. We did not anticipate to be cared for so completely.

This was not a luxury yacht experience. Don't be fooled. It's a boat that looks like a yacht but has been converted to a tour boat to holds 40 to 60 tourist. There was nothing luxury about it. We couldn't understand the guides English and he talked way to fast. In fact, the boat we were on was not the one in the photo. There were three or four boats that went out together. We saw the one in the picture, but we were on an older boat. Not what we expected.

Going up the European side and then down the Asian side was a really interesting way to explore more of Istanbul.

This sunset cruise on the Bosphorus was the highlight of Istanbul trip. The boat itself was beautiful — sleek, comfortable, and clearly well maintained, with plenty of space to relax and take in the scenery.
The crew made the whole experience even better. They were attentive, warm, and professional from the moment we boarded, and clearly took pride in making every guest feel taken care of.
And the views — simply spectacular. Watching the sun dip below the skyline, with the city’s minarets and palaces silhouetted along the shore, was pure magic.

We got picked up at our hotel and quickly shuttled to cruise dock. The yacht was nice and not overpacked like a lot of the other sunset cruises we saw. Staff was attentive. MC had a good balance between talking and quiet time. Overall great cruise that I would highly recommend.

The boat quality, tour guide, and limited number of other guests were pluses. The boat crew forgot to serve food and drinks to people on the bow of boat, until we inquired close to the end of the cruise, so that kinda sucked.

Boat good. Nice to see Istanbul from a different angle. Tour guide made some good observations. I wish he had kept his political views to himself.
