Perfectly Planned Day!

It was a STORMY day but Chiara “The Wolf!” made it bright and cheerful for us! The meet up worked perfectly as described in she guided us into first class accommodations for our journey. Along our train ride, she pointed out highlights and shared historical information about the sites we would be visiting during our journey. Train ride, vernacular and boat ride. We’re all included in the tour and entry was smoothly handled by our guide. The wolf let her pack with Grace, professionalism and humor…. Making this the perfect adventure!. Our stop in Torno was a sweet delight. Lack of crowds due to the weather gave us a 1:1 opportunity with Restaurant and ship staff alike. Shopping in Switzerland was fun. We enjoyed a lovely lunch before our return journey. Highly recommend Spaghetti Pomodoro restaurant – don’t overlook this hidden gem because of its simple name. I asked the waiter to prepare spaghetti with pesto and prawns, and it was one of my best meals in Italy! Don’t leave Switzerland without buying some chocolate! Our wolf guided us to a charming shop that left everyone very happy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR AND YOU WOULD BE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE CHIARA “THE WOLF” AS YOUR GUIDE!

Great, Weatherproof Tour of the Duomo

I had a great time visiting the Duomo as part of this tour; skipping the lines (which were growing as the tour proceeded) was a great bonus. Carmine did a great job guiding us through both the interior of the cathedral, as well as on the rooftop. He provided great details and made sure to point out the important historical aspects of the cathedral. Even though it was a rainy and windy day, the tour was very enjoyable and I would recommend it regardless of weather!

Kind of a scam, but i loved it!

Great tour. The guide's microphone wasn't working correctly but noone wanted to tell her except me! Kind of curious as to how the guides can get so many tickets and charge 5 times the cost of the entrance fee. Most of the people in our group didn't even care what the guide was saying.

Our tour guide Alice is awesome! She made our road trip plus boat ride so easy and joyful! We love Como lake area and every stop we made. The 30-minute boat ride was fantastic! Bellagio is such a beautiful town and we had an opportunity to sit by the lakeside restaurant! Highly recommend this tour to everyone! This is the best tour we’ve had among 5 other tours we’ve had in this year’s europe trip.

We had a wonderful experience on Ciao Florence’s Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano tour. The entire day was very well organized, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our tour guide, Alessandra, was fantastic—she was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the itinerary and instructions throughout the day, making the experience completely stress-free. Our driver, Alessandro, was equally professional and ensured that we traveled safely and comfortably. When the ferry at our planned embarkation point unexpectedly broke down, Alessandra and Alessandro acted quickly and efficiently to arrange an alternative departure from a nearby town. We were impressed by how calmly and professionally they handled the situation and kept the tour on schedule. Although it was a long day, it was absolutely worth it. We enjoyed visiting all three destinations and felt that the tour offered a great balance of sightseeing and free time. Thanks to Alessandra and Alessandro, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the beauty of Lake Como, Bellagio, and Lugano in a single day.

Bring a good cell phone and a back up battery. Fabulous scenery. HOWEVER their tour guide(s) need to do a MUCH BETTER job of explaining where to meet back. 2 people were left behind. Just make sure the instructions are clear. The guide that day did a poor job of explaining it. The actual tour was magnificent.

Unbelievable experience and I would highly recommend it. Our tour guide was brilliant knowledgeable, funny, organised and patient especially with the man with the funny tummy. Stick to Italian food. Indian in Italy please. Apologies I can't remember your the lady tour guide name. The roof and views are unbelievable and memories that will stay with me forever. The cathedral is lovely and I would highly recommend this tour.
