Great pasta making experience!
The class was as described and exactly what we expected. Truly a "hands on" class with plenty of assistance from the staff as needed. The staff was friendly, fun and informative. The food tasted amazing and the wine was good. Soft drinks and water also available.

Outstanding Experience
This pasta making experience was really fun and very informative for the novices in our family as well as the more experienced cooks. Andrea is an outstanding chef, patient, efficient and articulate. The pasta we made was delicious and something we could recreate at home. We all enjoyed making the three different styles with the different sauces. The wine was also wonderful. It is well worth your time.

10/10, highly recommend!
Great experience from start to finish. Warm welcome from out host, Jacopo that was amazing all throughout. Great atmosphere, small group and the tasting at the end was amazing. You can clearly tell the difference between homemade pasta and the ones you usually get!

Buon Appetito thanks to Tovia!
We were initially confused about where to go, but once we arrived it was a phenomenal experience. Tovia (host) was entertaining, informative, and just fun to interact with. The pizza and gelato instructions were clear and easy to implement. My husband and I did the class on our last day in Italy, and it was a wonderful way to end our vacation. I'm looking forward to implementing Tovia's instructions for making authentic Italian gelato at home and making pizza for friends and family.

The “Cradle of the Renaissance” is also the birthplace of one of Italy’s most beloved cuisines, so why not learn how to prepare classic dishes in a city kitchen or Tuscan farm at a Florence cooking class? Roll up your sleeves and prepare fresh pasta, authentic pizza, creamy gelato, and other crowd-pleasers. Opt for one-on-one private instruction or meet other aspiring cooks with a small-group class; you can even shop at a Florentine market like a local. Celebrate your new kitchen skills with a final tasting or meal—often served with a glass of local wine for an authentic Tuscan experience.
