Outstanding Experience
This pasta making experience was really fun and very informative for the novices in our family as well as the more experienced cooks. Andrea is an outstanding chef, patient, efficient and articulate. The pasta we made was delicious and something we could recreate at home. We all enjoyed making the three different styles with the different sauces. The wine was also wonderful. It is well worth your time.

More than just a cooking class - exceptional and authentic and fun.
This was a fantastic experience. We loved every part of it; being picked up and driven a short distance through the Tuscan hills to Francy’s home, the warm welcome by Alessandro (our chef/teacher for the evening), the lovely outlook down to Florence, the drinks, the banter, the music, making pasta and gnocchi - just everything. We left with full bellies and smiles on our faces. We highly recommend this activity with the charming Allessandro.

A great cooking class
This was a great experience! We got to make individual pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu. We also learned about making the sauces and was taught by a very experience instructor. Each person had their own work station and learned how to mix the flour and egg to make the pasta and ravioli. The instructor was Gulia and she kept the session fun. Everyone had a fun time making the food and then eating it. Time flew by quickly because we were having so much fun. I highly recommend taking this cooking class.

The experience was so...
The experience was so much fun - our instructor Samantha was amazing. She was so knowledgeable with the history of the different kinds of pasta, sauces etc. The business is owned by three brothers - they really know how to create an experience that not only shows us how to prepare some delicious meals but we also got to enjoy it with wine. Next time I come to Florence, I’ll definitely book another cooking lesson. The price was also budget friendly.
