Fantastic Tour

This tour was well organized and timed perfectly. Our bus driver was friendly and a safe driver. The bus was clean and comfortable. Our guide, Adela, kept everyone engaged during the bus ride. She provided a lot of information about what we would see and do before each stop. She took time to answer all questions, gave very clear directions as to meeting spots and meeting times as well as recommendations on what to do during free time always lwith a smile! I loved the wine tasting and lunch. It was a wonderful way to sample food, wine, and get to know other people on the tour. I recommend doing the climb up the Tower of Pisa. The view was fantastic and there was space to step to the side if you need to take a break to catch your breath. I didn't plan to climb when I first reserved my tour, but after we arrived at Pisa, we were told that those who didn't have tickets to climb and wanted to could purchase a ticket on site, so I did. If you only have a day to visit areas outside of Florence, this tour is a great way to do it without having to worry about driving yourself and finding your way.

Best tour of my 10 day trip

This was my favorite tour of our 10 day trip. It was the most comprehensive, learning all about port wine. I loved that we went to both a smaller winery and a larger production winery. Having lunch at the winery was top notch and finishing with a river cruise with incredible views of the valley was amazing! Rita was a fantastic guide who you can tell loves her job and making sure we had an incredible experience. The value for your money is well worth it. I’d recommend this to anyone visiting especially if you love wine.

Fun experience

The Colosseum is a spectacular piece of history. I learned so much from our tour guide David. He was fantastic. He was very funny and entertaining as well as extremely knowledgeable. I loved how he made an effort to get to know each of us by trying to guess where we were from. We also went to Palatine Hill. I would have liked to have had more time to wander around because it was fascinating, but me and my friend had to leave a touch early. I highly recommend this tour.

Fred was excellent. He was knowledgeable, funny, informative and respectful of the other tour groups. There were several flights of stairs but he took his time making sure everyone was comfortable with the pace. So much to see and I feel like he touched on as much as he could within the tour time. We had a couple sets of free time to wander and that was nice. Fred gave clear directions on where to meet after these periods of free time.
