Fabulous! Got to experience a beautiful countryside culture of small towns and churches, farmland and farm animals, fresh country air and a beautiful landscape! Our tour guide “Rinse” was so knowledgeable of everything and taught us some interesting history! He was full of great stories and even a dad joke! The wooden shoe and cheese stop was amazing too! If you have an interest in the story of Anne Frank you’ll enjoy this walk. We decided to do this walk before visiting the house. Our tour leader was Sylvia and we loved her quiet passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject. She was engaging and personable. 2 Hour experience- WORTH IT!

We did this 2 hour canal cruise (longer time than most cruise options and it’s worth it) TWICE during our 3 day stay in Amsterdam because we loved it so much. First cruise was with Captain Philip (23 yr old Masters student) and second time (on this day) we had Captain Storm, Philip’s dad! Captain Storm tells different history, takes a different path through the canals so it was a completely new experience. Cannot recommend this experience more strongly!

Highly recommend!! A beautiful museum. One note though - we paid extra for the audio guide. Even though we chose to do the extensive audio guide tour, the extra money was not worth the audio guide. Most of what's on the audio guide tour is already written on the walls. There's no need to pay extra for the audio guide tour. Aside from that, the experience was absolutely perfect. We love Van Gogh.

Evening canal cruise for 1 hr

We went on an evening tour (6.30-7.30) with Mo as our guide. The pin on the map doesn’t land right next to the KIN boat company dock but around 100yrds down near the Stromma stop (which is wrong). We found it eventually! We had a lovely welcome drink, a great spot on the boat and it wasn’t too busy. Mo was really knowledgeable and spoke the perfect amount about interesting stuff!

Fantastic boat tour around Amsterdam. Captain Sebastiano and Gabby were really friendly, shared lots of knowledge and stories as we travelled, and made us laugh a lot. It was a small tour with only 8 of us which felt really personal and relaxed. Drinks were very reasonably priced and tasty (highly recommend the aperol spritz!). Definitely book this tour over one of the bigger boat ones. (Also very glad to have an open boat rather than enclosed in this hot weather!). Thank you so much for such a brilliant tour 😊☀️
