Great boat tour of the city!

This was a great way to see the city on the canals as the city transitions for day to night. Emma was a great guide, very professional and fun! She did a great job of captaining the boat through the canals, dealing with other boats blocking our path occasionally, and giving us a great city-viewing experience, all while giving a good brief history of the city and some of the sights we got to see! For us it was our last night in the city but was a great way to see some things from a different perspective on the water, also would be a great tour on your first day in the city! 10/10 would recommend!

Very Entertaining! Light history. Lots of trivia facts. Good to take enclosed boat in May. Albert, Salim and Eduardo were very gracious and intelligent. Eduardo did well for day #1. Salim was the one who gave the most info. Definitely get the upgrade the $10E for the wine and cheese upgrade!

Smaller Canal Cruise Option

We booked the river cruise that departed from the dock across from the Rijksmuseum. This was a smaller boat than you see in the photos so we toured some of the smaller canals. The driver and host provided great commentary along the route. They were very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

King Day Cruise

This was an excellent cruise with our Norwegian pilot, unfortunately with all the loud music on the streets, I couldn't hear his name. Kings Day is a crazy celebration but we had a unique front row seat to the celebration. The cruise takes you thru many of the narrow canals of Amsterdam and past old churches, beautiful homes and interesting architecture. I highly recommend this tour!

Lovely chilled cruise

The cruise was just over 1hr but seemed to cover a wide area. The captain provided insights along the way in English but there was also recorded guides along the way in Dutch, English and German. Not too busy and although our original timed boat didn’t run they were flexible for us moving to another departure time.

Highly Recommend!

Of all the ways to spend time in Amsterdam, I cannot recommend this 1 hour tour enough!!! My husband and I got the 2-Drinks Included Tier of tickets and had a Heineken on the canal. Jasmine's hospitality and knowledge of the city made our time in Amsterdam much, much better. We loved the tour!
