We enjoyed the tour and the guide was lovely and knowledgeable but it did not include the Pala d’Ora or balcony. As we wished to do these activities we paid separately but could only pay via internet and the internet connection was almost non existent and we spent over an hour to get the extra tickets. If you wish to view all areas book a tour which includes everything so you don’t waste time unnecessarily.

Carolina was fabulous! We loved taking this tour with her! What a special place Venice is. She passed on her wealth of knowledge to us and kept us involved and intrigued! No other way to see these places except with a tour guide. The skip-the-line option is definitely a must all throughout Italy! Otherwise, you would spend half your time just waiting in line.

Very thorough tour and excellent guide. It was a very hot day so she took plenty of breaks. The meeting place did not match the address they gave us so several tour members including us spent too long looking for the group. The street number should be verified and fixed by the tour operator as this was needlessly stressful.
