I travelled with my mom to visit Venice for 4 days and decided to get to know the city by doing a walking tour. As mom only understand Spanish we booked this tour so we could both enjoy the history and hidden gems in Venice.
This tour is a must do. We walked through calles, campos, fundaziones with not many pedestrians or non at all most of the times. Gabriel was our tour guide and he showed us some of the best places to have cicchetti, churches that are now art galleries, a theater that is currently a super market and it was amazing…. The cemetery and hospital and how there is a bridge that connects the city to the cemetery once a year.
Gabriel also explained how to read addresses of places as some names of called repeat through the city. And how the songs on top on calles would have a specific meaning.
It was a great tour to do on our first day so we knew what is around beyond the little calles where most people concentrate.
Majid the tour guide was very polite and knowledgeable. We had to join a 3 hour tour but that’s not his fault. The other family made the tour interesting. The tour was excellent seeing the main tourist sites but Majid also talked about the history and some quirky facts about Venice.
Wear comfy footwear. And be prepared for beauty of Venezia 😍A place at the heart of the Silk Road, beautiful, history soaked unforgettable.
For those who are romantic or just looking for incredible architectural ingenuity, this is the place to find it. Our guide Majid was knowledgeable and enthusiastic in sharing his obvious love for Venezia, thank you Majid for not just the tour but the fabulous recommendation of where to enjoy our first meal of freshly made pasta and artfully served tiramisu. What a start to an amazing stay on our honeymoon.
Francesco was a very good tour guide and showed us places where only locals would have access to. We enjoyed ourselves.
We were lucky to have Zahra give us a personal tour of key areas of Venice in a last minute booking. I don't think we would have appreciated Venice in our short stay without her expert and friendly guidance - our guide knew exactly the places to take pictures of this beautiful city, allowing us to capture the memorable visit.
Our walking tour of Venice with Jack was incredible and truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. He has a wide range of knowledge about the region and shared it in a way that was engaging and easy to follow. Jack was also very patient with our many questions and our limited background on the history of Venice. We learned so much and came away with a much deeper appreciation for the city. Highly recommend this tour — it made Venice even more memorable.

Our experience in Venice was one of a kind! Our tour guide, Sneh, was so wonderful! He worked with us to develop a one of a kind tour going to main tourist destinations and to places where locals go. We enjoyed all of the places listed, plus many more! He knew a lot of history and kept us engaged during the entire tour. He took us to get souvenirs, Aperol Spritz, and gave us recommendations for places to shop, eat, and see after the tour. It was like going out with a friend to see the city! We had great conversation and would definitely do it again! I would recommend this tour, and Sneh especially, to anyone! He made our short stay in Venice worthwhile.
Raghda was our guide and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable about Venice and shared places with us that we would never have found on our own. Raghda was absolutely charming! She was personable and funny and the time flew by! We would highly recommend her.
