What are people saying about Tulum

Great family experience- highly recommend
This was absolutely great. There was a very good ratio of guides to travelers. Two groups totaling 12 people had a dedicated guide and driver. My kids are 9, 10 and 17 and this was absolutely perfect for everyone. The only thing to be aware of is that you cannot take pictures in the cenote, which is very unfortunate. The company has a dedicated photographer and they sell very expensive and inflexible packages unfortunately. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s better if you know beforehand.

Fun for the whole family
This was the best day trip we did. Snorkeling with sea turtles at Akumal was amazing and the cenote was really cool! Not much time at Tulum but the guide was very knowledgeable and we did learn a lot about the ruins. Would have liked a bit more time to walk around and take pictures. We were given some snacks and water on the bus and then we had lunch before the cenote swim that was delicious! There was a professional photographer that took some amazing pictures that I did purchase at the end...you don't have to but they will show you a little slideshow of the day and you will want to get them! Everyone in the family (teens, parents, grandparent) had a great time!

Cenotes and turtles
The adventure was amazing. Guide amazing as well. What I would suggest for other travellers. A few things to consider if you are thinking, you will be able to take pictures in the water caves or even a go pro they don’t allow you to do so. They have a person that will take pictures for you and you have to buy a package just to have pictures. They are not cheap. Second thing swimming with the turtles amazing experience. But they don’t tell you till you’re on the way there no sunscreen or products on skin. So you don’t contaminate the area that the turtles are swimming their habitat so therefore I would suggest wearing a long sleeve shirt and long swimming pants and then if you have no hair like I do a beanie cap as you’re half in the water and half exposed to the sun, but the experience is wonderful. I even saw a Caribbean stingray so we had to move sliding our feet so we don’t step up sweeping your feet alert, stem of you’re coming and they will just go away but overall great experience just giving tips for the future traveller joining this trip

Tour
The tour was smooth and everything was awesome. The only thing I would say is for pick up it would be nice if there was a person who ensure you that someone is on the way for your pick up. Since its really early in the morning you get some automated response. But overall the price and very reasonable and I would use them again.

Tulum tours offer unique ways to interact with the region's nature, history, and adventure. Explore some of the Yucatan’s best-known archeological sites, including the Tulum ruins, or prioritize adrenaline and adventure with ziplines or all-night exploration of the jungle. And in Tulum, the party is always there when you want it—tequila tours and adventure park admission tickets with open bars are also on offer. Whatever vibe you're after, Tulum has something for you.
