1000000/10 excursion with food, ATV, zip lining, rock climbing, and rappelling.
Hands down the best excursion. You get to drive an ATV (for an additional charge) around the jungle for about 25 min one way. Once you get off, they put on a harness and you’re off to zip lining followed by rock climbing and rappelling. Then you go to two cenotes (one of which is underground) and both are beautiful. Lastly you get to drive the ATV back for some delicious tacos before driving another 25 min back to the parking lot where the excursion started.
The staff here are incredible and added to the experience. Big shoutout to Roberto and Sergio for helping us with the harnesses and zip lining, as well as giving us some awesome insights on the cenotes and how they were discovered. And of course, we can’t thank the chef who prepared the tacos enough.. Seberiano you rock!
Don’t think twice about this excursion. Book it and enjoy the best of what Tulum’s jungle offers.

Fantastic fun on the water in Sian Ka'an!
This was a fantastic day out. Our group's guide was Jessica and her enthusiasm was infectious. Jessica and our boat captain Julia made sure we saw all the Big 4 plus plenty of birds. The snorkelling was great - firstly we were impressed that the goggles and fins fit so well, secondly we saw lots of fish as well as coral. The water was clear and still, so perfect for snorkelling. The swim in the lagoon was lovely and the lunch at Punta Allen very well organised. The wildlife we missed in the morning, we saw in the afternoon - yay! Jessica has extensive knowledge of the wildlife and made the trip extremely fun! She was also aware of everyone's safety at all times. Highly recommend this day out!

Sailing, Sunshine, and Snorkeling.
Wolf, Captain Martin, and the rest of the crew made for a wonderful day out in the ocean. We sailed out to the coral reef and snorkeled for about 40 minutes. The winds were super strong so this was the perfect about of time. After that we docked the boat in calm water where we could paddle board and lay out on a water mat. Overall, it was a perfect day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ great sailing and snorkeling!
Great experience! Jackie and Nesto were excellent captains and tour guides. We got to see the ruins from the boat, snorkel along the reef, and enjoy a nice snack at the restaurant back at the beach club. They’re super friendly and fun. Very English friendly if you don’t have strong Spanish. Highly recommend!

Good Snorkling inside Parque de Jaguars ($)
The snorkeling was just as described— we swam up close with sea turtles, schools of fish, sting rays and interesting sea life. Be aware that this is inside Parque de Jaguars - which charges an entrance fee of about $22 USD (free on Sundays). No plastic or glass is allowed. Recommend taking a taxi to the south entrance of the Parque and visiting Tulum ruins and other attractions first (see website). The meeting point is at a restaurant where you can buy canned water, shower, change, eat afterwards. I recommend staying in texting contact with Tulum Snorkling Services— German was very responsive and helped me find it via text. The two staff on the boat were competent, kind and helpful. The boat has a sun shade over it. I needed a lot of help! He even held my hand in the water at first, and swam be toward the turtles, which I appreciated. Plan to arrive 45 minutes early in case you get lost like I did! It’s a nice beach to hang out on while you wait.

Tulum Ruins and cenote swim day trip
It was a great day trip. Our guide was very nice and knowledgeable. He allowed us adequate time to sightsee and take pictures. Explained everything very well. The only thing i would have liked to be reminded in tour communication that No disposable water bottles allowed in ruins. Only refillable bottles.
Bring Hat and good walking shoes. Great time!

Great and amazing tour! , but not so great follow through with the customer service.
First, the experience and the tour guide was amazing, thus the 4 stars.
*****However, I left my hat in their van, which I did not expect them to find, which would have been fine. They found it and then I thought it might be difficult for them to return it to me. Then on July 26th at 13:46 PM, I was told on the phone it would be delivered to the hotel the next day. Great! Then they send a message 19 minutes later stating the driver had my hat in the lobby. I was away from the hotel and did not see the message (on the viator app) until that evening. Given the hat made it back to the hotel, I expected the driver to leave the hat with the font desk. THEY DID NOT LEAVE IT WITH THE FRONT DESK. I am disappointed and surprised the hat made it back to my hotel, but was not left there. I wish I could have been there to give the driver a tip, but I was told it was coming the next day so I was not at the hotel when it arrived. There is more to say about this, but this review is already too long.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Aside from its ancient Mayan ruins, Tulum is best known for its stunning beaches along Mexico’s Caribbean coast. While you can certainly appreciate the watery wonders from the shore, Tulum snorkeling tours let you really admire the colorful marine life and coral reefs of this region. You can even venture to unique spots like cenotes and Yal Ku, a tranquil lagoon where seawater and freshwater merge. Snorkeling in Tulum—not to mention swimming alongside tropical fish, stingrays, and sea turtles—is an experience not to be missed.
