Alex was our tour guide, he was fantastic ! Super friendly with great knowledge and talks in depth throughout the tour about the tour. He is fantastic with the children. Patient and friendly. The tour itself was great we were well informed of what was happening and what was going to happen. We got in the water and swam out to see the turtles in their natural habitat and environment we saw 4/5 very large turtles . We then went to the cenotes which was amazing !Alex helped us around in the water and told us all the information about the history behind the cenotes which he was very passionate about ate about . I would highly recommend this tour with this guide !

I booked this airport to hotel transfer while on my flight to Tulum. I received my confirmation via email and was a little worried that no further instructions came through. On the way out of the airport we showed someone our voucher and were directed to door number 4. That’s where all of the private transfer drivers were waiting. Our driver had a a card with my name on it, greeted us, grabbed our suitcases and showed us to his car. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area (he is also a private tour guide), and got us to our hotel in a timely manner. He answered all our questions about the area, gave us taqueria recommendations, and made us feel welcome! So glad I booked a last minute transfer!

Cool, rustic setting with local guides. 9 zip lines plus a climbing and rappelling wall. One semi-open cenote with a diving platform and one closed cenote with subtle lighting. Excellent authentic tacos were served after the adventure. Thank you to Roberto and crew!

Our tour guide Josefina and driver Armando were fabulous. While not a private tour, it almost felt like one given that the group was only the four of us and one other couple. Josefina is very good at what she does and beyond explaining what was in front of us had an iPad she'd whip out to show pictures of how the Mayan sites would have appeared when originally constructed, in addition to pictures of different plants and animals we might encounter. She brought some homemade snacks that she shared in the van between sites - the cacao beans with local honey were a real treat. The combination of the Mayan site tour and boat ride/lazy river float made for a great day, and we had delicious tacos at the end to cap it off. We enjoyed Josefina's company very much and Armando was a swift and safe driver, navigating sometimes dicey roads with ease and keeping watch over our stuff in the van while we wandered away.

Incredible cenote diving experience with instructor Julio! He was professional, calm, enthusiastic and made me feel completely safe throughout the dive. The cenote was absolutely stunning, and Julio knew exactly how to guide to the best spots. Highly recommend diving with him.

A perfect evening on the water! Huge thanks to Saul for being such a fantastic guide. He created a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we boarded and shared some fascinating stories about the area. His expertise made us feel completely safe and well-taken care of. Saul is the best!

Very nice tour of downtown Tulum. We got to try 5 different places, all unique dishes, and some new things I had never had before! We went with Armando who was very engaging and taught me more about the Yucatán, which I really appreciated. Now I just want more salbutes!

The cruise was so nice! My wife and I booked the night before and we were picked up promptly the next day. A bit cloudy but still a good time.(Lighting show over the mountains). Drinks were cold and well made. The charcuterie board was very good as well. Staff was nice and attentive. Perfect activity to spend our last afternoon in mexico. Don’t listen to the sour reviews. Sour people = sour reviews. Paola, Enrique, Chile & Mario were amazing. Also the photographer takes great pictures :) 10/10 recommend.
