We had a really good time. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful, and very personable. Food at the end was better than any we have ever had on an excursion.
The ATV ride wasn't quite what we expected. It was a ride up and down some gravel roads. It wasn't a jungle trail ride like we expected. The ATV's were somewhat worn out. It's always fun to ride a 4 wheeler but wasn't what we expected. The zip lining was a blast and the site and crew does a good job with that. The Cenote swim was also a lot of fun. Note if you are claustrophobic it might not be for you (swimming in the dark)
All in all we had a good time and would do it again.

Thank you so much for your kind and detailed review! We’re very happy to hear that you had a great time and that our team made such a positive impression — providing friendly and attentive service is always one of our top priorities. We’re also glad you enjoyed the food, the zip lines, and the cenote experience.
We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the ATV portion. We understand how expectations around the route can differ, and your comments help us continue improving how we present the experience to future guests. We also take note of your observations about the ATV units, as we continuously work on maintenance and upgrades.
Thank you as well for mentioning the cenote conditions, as it’s very helpful for future travelers to be aware. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are happy to know you would join us again — we’ll be here ready to welcome you back for another adventure!

Great adventure and fun, really glad we did it. Negative reviews give some useful practical suggestions, but some must be down to expectations. Keep an open mind and go for it!
Raphael was a great guide and kept it moving along. Not everyone in a group responds in the same way but he was very patient.
Bear in mind this is in the middle of the forest/jungle - paths are rocky and rooty, steps to platforms can be uneven but take your time. The chain came off one ATV but they got it sorted quickly. No other issues.
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and balanced review! We’re very happy to hear you had a great adventure and enjoyed the overall experience. We truly appreciate you highlighting the importance of keeping an open mind, as these activities take place in a natural jungle environment where terrain can be part of the adventure.
We’re also glad to hear that Raphael provided patient and attentive guidance throughout the tour — we will be sure to share your kind words with him. Additionally, we appreciate your understanding regarding the ATV situation, and we’re pleased to know our team was able to resolve it quickly so you could continue enjoying the experience.
Thank you again for your trust and recommendation. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure in the future!
Tanner_W, Feb 2026
You will likely have to wait at a "checkpoint" for upwards of an hour where other workers for the company will try to sell you things for the activities that are wholly unnecessary even though they claim otherwise. ATV's were very sketchy and hard to handle. The ziplines were okay, and the cenotes was the highlight for sure. If I were to do something similar, I would skip everything but the cenote
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that some parts of the experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that waiting times and optional purchase offers can feel frustrating, and we will share your comments with our team to keep improving organization and clarity. Safety is very important to us, so we also appreciate your comments regarding the ATVs, which we take seriously and continuously review with our operations team.
We’re very happy to know that you enjoyed the cenote, as it is one of the most special parts of the experience. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the chance to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
Dave_G, Jan 2026
The cenote caves were the highlight. The ATV were good but I would have liked to rode the ATVs through more of a muddy jungle than a dirt road.
Response from Host, Feb 2026

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future!

The overall experience was amazing, zip lining and cenote was fun, our ATVs kept breaking down however I paid for my photos and never received them.
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re truly happy to hear you had an amazing time and enjoyed the zip lines and the cenote — that means a lot to us.
We’re very sorry to hear about the inconvenience with the ATVs and especially about the photos. The photography service is operated independently, but we completely understand how important those memories are. Please rest assured that we will personally reach out to the photographer and do our best to help you receive your photos as soon as possible.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for trusting us with your adventure experience.
sallyhills69, Jan 2026
The Cenote is the best part about this excursion. The ATV were a piece of junk and the zip line was lame except 1. The one nice zipline was a bummer because you had to carry your stuff with you.
Response from Host, Jan 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly glad to hear that you enjoyed the cenote, as it’s one of the highlights we’re most proud of. We’re sorry to know that the ATVs and zip lines didn’t fully meet your expectations. Your comments are valuable to us and help us identify areas where we can improve the overall experience. We appreciate your honesty and hope that, despite this, the cenote left you with a positive memory of the day.
Saraiah_J, Dec 2025
It was an experience, but not one I’d do again. My husband and I both got seperate ATVs, each of ours broke down twice. They do warn you that they’re not the best atleast, but it did take away from the experience a bit. The zip lines were fun, but PACK BUG SPRAY! The stairs to some of the zip lines were incredibly sketchy and unsafe, so make sure to wear shoes that have some grip! Also, if you struggle with strenuous activity, this is not for you. Lots of walking on rugged terrain, lots of stairs, and lots of swimming. Our tour guide was hilarious and super nice! We thought it was a unique experience but would not do it again.
Response from Host, Dec 2025
Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback and for rating your experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
We truly appreciate you highlighting both the positive aspects and the areas that felt challenging. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the zip lines and that your tour guide made the experience fun and memorable with their great attitude and humor. That truly means a lot to us.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the ATVs, terrain, and physical demands of the tour. While we do aim to be transparent that this adventure is rustic and physically demanding, your feedback helps us continue improving communication and overall guest experience. We will place greater emphasis on encouraging our visitors to bring insect repellent, wear appropriate footwear, and be open to experiencing an adventure full of adrenaline. Your tips are very helpful for future travelers.
Even if it’s not an experience you’d choose to repeat, we’re grateful you gave it a try and shared such thoughtful insights. Thank you again for joining us and for your valuable feedback.

CJ the Guide did a great job communicating with the team and giving us the history/facts about eco system.

The stars are really for our tour guide, Tito/George — he was excellent. However, the rest of the experience did not match the price or the expectations based on what was advertised. The tour was supposed to be 4–5 hours, and our actual activity time was significantly shorter, with a large portion of the day spent waiting. I documented the entire process.
To start, pickup was 10–15 minutes late, and I had to call to confirm that someone was actually on the way. Throughout the day, we experienced long periods of waiting with little to no communication. When the driver arrived, the van was empty, and there didn’t appear to be any traffic that justified the delay.
We chose the 11:15 AM time slot, but we didn’t arrive or begin any activities until about 12:45–1:00 PM. We were served food first — it was okay, but it took quite a while. Then we did the ATVs, which felt like riding in small loops for about 45 minutes rather than an adventurous trail.
Next, we started the zip lines at 1:40 PM and finished around 2:34 PM. After that, we had about an hour at the cenote, which was the highlight for us. Everything was done by roughly 3:30 PM. At that point, we waited for about an hour and a half with no updates on when we were heading back. I was repeatedly told “10 minutes” or that we had to wait for another group, even though we didn’t arrive with that group. After addressing it multiple times, we finally got a ride back to our meeting point.
Overall, we received only around 2.5–3 hours of actual activity within what was supposed to be a 4–5 hour experience, and the long, unmanaged waits significantly impacted our day.
Response from Host, Nov 2025
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re truly grateful for your thoughtful feedback, and we’re especially glad to hear that Tito made a positive impact on your experience, he will be very happy to hear your kind words.
At the same time, we’re really sorry to hear that the overall flow of the day didn’t match your expectations. The extended waiting periods, the lack of clear communication, and the delay in getting started are absolutely not the experience we want for our guests. Your timeline breakdown is extremely helpful, and we’ll be forwarding it to the onsite operations team so they can address the issues with scheduling, coordination, and transportation.
We’re also taking note of your comments regarding the advertised duration versus the actual activity time, as well as your experience with the ATV route. Feedback like yours truly helps us continue improving and ensures future guests have a smoother, more organized day.
Thank you again for bringing all of this to our attention and for your patience throughout the process. We genuinely hope that, despite the inconveniences, you were still able to enjoy the highlights of the tour, especially the cenote and the time with your guide. If you ever decide to join us again, we’d love the chance to give you a much more seamless experience
Heather_C, Sep 2025
Firstly this score is not a representation of how much you’ll enjoy the day, the activities are fun due to their nature and the setting but the way this tour is run is a shambles honestly.
Firstly the tour notes on what you need to bring leave out some important stuff which they then are there ready to upsell you from the start. If you have these, bring;
- Sunglasses for ATV eye protection
- Facemask or bandana for ATV dust and dirt
- Wet shoes for the whole day including cenote
- Waterproof phone case as you are allowed to film on this tour which is good!
The first part is ATV’s and honestly the condition of these machines is shocking. None of the brakes work so keep your distance from the person ahead of you despite the tour guide constantly telling you to close up. Someone flipped ahead of me and if I hadn’t kept a good 50yd distance I wouldn’t have been able to stop in time!
Then comes zip lining. Frankly the helmets and even the harnesses stink to high heaven so if you aren’t prepared for that it can be very jarring. If you accept that probably 1000’s of people have sweated into this equipment and it’s barely been sprayed clean then you’ll be ok, think of the worst gym sweat in existence x100. Anyway zip lining is fun but come the last one you are expected to zip line WITH all your possessions and bag from the locker! We had 2 tote bags and it was an utter shock that one slip and all our belongings could be scattered across the jungle, top tip, bring a zip closeable backpack for this.
Finally comes the cenote. Personally I’m not a big swimmer so without warning being led through the dark cave waters for almost an hour was not my jam. Even the good swimmers in our group were tired and cold and done with it by the end. This may be down to our tour guide but a heads up would have been good.
Transport was fine, don’t pay too much attention to the 5 minute wait time rule as we were picked up first and our driver waited up to 20+ minutes for some people. I don’t know what their pickup time was meant to be but the fact that he was pacing back and forth looking around and calling them the entire time suggests they want each tour to be full whatever happens because….
Tips. These lot are relentless in hunting for tips. Aside from upselling all that equipment that they DIDNT mention you needed, they bombard you with stories of how your cash helps the indigenous Maya communities and not the company. Fine, fair enough but after buying some stuff you get to the next part and another bombardment of tips and merch requests for a DIFFERENT Maya community unrelated to the last and of course, the company. Hmmmm.
The lunch is ok, empanadas rice and beans nothing major. Here they will try to upsell you soft drinks and tequila tasting and your photos.
Final point, our transport home we had a few seats in our bus free so they decided to load these up with employees and workers.
Overall, compared to a very similar polished and well organised tour we had in Cancun this was quite badly run and you’ll have a much better time if you go into it with your eyes open to the above on what to expect.

We truly regret to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. Your detailed feedback is very valuable and will help us improve organization, equipment maintenance, and communication. We’ll make sure your comments reach our team so we can offer a smoother and more enjoyable adventure next time.

It was a great experience! Something I’ll remember for a lifetime! You might think you don’t have enough time to enjoy everything but you do! It’s a great experience and honestly I would do it again! Definitely one for the books! Bring your own snack though but food was 1/5. Overall 10/10 experience though !

First, the employees are very nice. They do encourage you to buy things from the local Mayan shop, multiple times throughout your tour. They pick up up at a super market, where you have about a 20 minute drive to the property. Then they get you on ATV, they were crap. I have blisters on my left hand from having to ride the break the whole time, because my bike took a football field to stop. Usually not an issue, but you ride single file down a dirt road on their ranch, you basically do a loop. You crawlllllll. Our group was huge and I think this made it even worse. The zip line was cool. The only all up on the highest one, your trust Instincts kick in because some of those boards are questionable. But everyone in our tour group seemed to enjoy all three zip lines. The cento is the best part of the tour. It’s a closed cento. And it’s a shame, it’s the time we spent the least on. Most of your trip is spent on zip lines. Again, our group was obnoxiously large and it impacted our experience. Our tour guide was fantasticz you spent a lot of time waiting around and transitioning from experience to experience. Overall, I spent a ton of time looking for the best tour. I don’t think we found it, but I realized you should keep your expectations low across the board. Overall I’d tell you that when we all talked as strangers at the end, we all said the ATVs was a waste. That’s ultimately what we wanted the most out of the experiences so take it as you will. I’d do a tour with this group, just for the cenote, especially if they gave more time here.

Thank you very much for your comment, this helps us grow and improve in the areas of opportunity that we have, your opinion allows us to see what improvements we can have to provide adrenaline experiences to our future visitors.

I wouldn't recommend this company. They tried to get more money from us at the tour. We had communication with the tour operator since there was no option for separate ATVs and he stated we can pay $40 USD at arrival. I was quoted $20 when picked up but I was still going to pay $40 since that is what was agreed upon then changed to $45. I showed them the messages and they agreed to the $40. Once paid they then told me I had to pay more money due to a remaining balance when Viator paid for the tour in full. They swindled more money from other people in the group that were picked up with us saying they didn't pay in full when they also booked with Viator. I refused to pay more money since we already paid $185 for 2 people. Since they were upset about the ordeal they wouldn't find a harness for someone in our group stating it was due to their size but one guide said they had one but then the guy who we had the money issue with spoke to the guy in Spanish then all of a sudden they didn't have the tools for the person in our group. The ATVs were in horrible condition and the brakes did not work properly. I had to swerve to miss the people in front several times due to lack to brakes and felt very unsafe on them even when I have ridden ATVs several times prior. Zipline was nice. Cenotes were amazing. Our tour guide when took us into the cenotes was very nice and he was very informative. The lunch snack afterwards was good as well. Due to the scamming of money and ATVs, I don't think I would recommend. Go with a different company.

Hello, how are you? I am very sorry for this terrible perception, however this could be due to your reservation not being made correctly (I am referring to the additional payment), however your comment is very valuable as it helps us to be able to pay attention to areas of opportunity for to be able to provide good service to our visitors
Naiomi_T, Sep 2022
What a great experience! There was the Zipline, The cenote and the ATV experience (I believe also horse back rising for an extra fee). Bring swim shoes, phone protectors (sage for water) and bandana for your face as you will be in dirt and water (they sell some there too, but bring your own for a less cost). The food was good, my only down side was there was a lot of flies in the area, so If you’re not fond of the idea of eating with dozens of flies around you, you may want to bring your own snacks at eat away from the designated area. (Bring bug spray as well, there’s mosquitoes and other bugs in the area). The cenote was great! It’s about a 20 min swim…they provide life vests and snorkel equipment (although it may be best to buy your own snorkel equipment-Amazon--for the convenience factor!). They have lockers available to you for any small bags you have, try not to bring too much. Other than that, our guide Jose was awesome! He knew everything about everything and he was fun to swim with!

We had a great time and the tour guide Pedro was great! Loved everything except the food at the end there were a lot of flies since it was served out in the open. That was the only drawback and having to be rushed a bit between activities was a little annoying.

With the flies we can not do much but for the most part we will improve with your comments
