This tour was great. Chichén Itzá is obviously incredible, annd our guide did a great job bringing the history to life. Lunch in Valladolid was a highlight—the mole enchiladas were amazing. The cenote was beautiful too, and we basically had it to ourselves, which made it even better. Would definitely recommend.

Chichen-itza and the cenote visit were great and informative. Arriving at chichen-itza early before the crowds was important. But Valladolid is a wasted stop, which could be much improved with a short tour of the place, instead of free time to roam the main square.

Punctual, good communication, knowledgeable guide Niko, van was comfy, food was good, cenote was not crowded. But it would have been nice if it lasted a little longer, like having at least 1h to explore on our own instead of 20-30 mins...

Santi and Axel as our guides and driver, respectively.
The tour was pretty much kept on time exactly as a description. Santi was very motivated and through in his guided explanations of the ruins with free time for us to explore and take pictures thereafter. I love that it was a small group tour because when we got to the cenote, there is probably one or two other small tour groups and there’s plenty of space and time to hang out and get a cool dip in the water at the end of the day. Lunch in Vallelodid was in this cute little restaurant in a hotel where you get to pick from three or four dishes in advance on the car right there. I agree with the other tourists in that some of the time is spent a lot in the van from pick up and drop off but getting to the ruins but Sani kept it. We’re going with a historical facts in addition to his serenading with a guitar! The van is a little bit on the older side, but since there wasn’t many of us, it was pretty good. I can’t imagine doing the same tour with 40+ people on a larger bus. I definitely enjoyed the smaller group size so you get more attention and get your questions answered. Additionally, I would highly recommend bringing both sandals and shoes. You have to rinse off before you get in the cenote and you need to cross some pebbles or rocks before going down the stairs of the cenote. Definitely recommend this tour. Note that their office is based in Tulum-they also give us water, reusable water bottles, granola bars, and fresh bananas!

Our tour guide (Miguel) was a wealth of knowledge about all of the activities we did on the tour, eagerly answering our questions. Loved the smaller group (8 of us) and the driver (Andres?) was excellent. Lunch was delicious and in a beautiful restaurant. The cenote is stunning. Know that there is alot of time spent travelling in the van. Chichen Itzá is 2.5 hours from Tulum. Wish there was more time to explore the site, will have to go back one day.

It was incredible to see Chichen Itzá and hear the true history. It was a fantastic tour. Also, eco-forward, with comfortable transportation, and in two languages! Most of all, though, when my spouse got suddenly very ill (food poisoning), our guide went above and beyond to get us medical attention and a way back to our resort. He really saved us in a place where we didn’t speak enough Spanish to do it ourselves. Like, he literally did medical translation for us. And he did it while smoothly facilitating the experience for the other guests (thank you again and hope you got lunch eventually too!).
I wish we hadn’t needed to leave early and could have finished a tour that was so excellent and engaging. But we will book with them any time we’re in Tulum or Oaxaca and hope you do too!

Wonderful day trip and incredible cenote. Marcos was an amazing tour guide. He had Italians and Americans to translate for and was so thorough to all of us. The cenote was definitely the highlight, what an incredble way to end the day. Also, the lunch was at a very nice restaurant (not typical for these types of day excursions) so that was a pleasant surprise.

Great day, arrived early enough to enjoy the ruins before the crowds and heat, amazing, not too crowded cenote for swim on the way back and a lovely lunch in Valladolid in between with a chance to do some shopping/look around. Our guide Santi was really knowledgeable, with lots of interesting resources to help demonstrate all the information about the history and culture - and even played traditional music for us on his guitar on the way to Chichen Itza. It made the two hour journey from Tulum go really quick. Very good.

Jocelyn was a wonderful guide — very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every member of the group. Definitely recommended!
Seeing Chichén Itzá was very important to me, and this tour made it a truly special moment. The cenote was magical and incredible — we arrived at the perfect time, with no other people there, so our small group of six had it all to ourselves.
Our driver, Johnathan, also did an excellent job. There is a drinking water provided , umbrellas and Jocelyn shared with us some snacks. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This was an excellent tour with professional and kind guides. My husband, our 22 y/o, 15 y/o, and I had a great time. Miguel, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout each of the stops and in between. He took our group to each of the sites in Chichen Itza and answered our questions. We had a nice lunch with him in Valladolid followed by a swim in the Xux-Há cenote. Throughout the 10 hour day, there were plenty of opportunities to stop at clean restrooms and/or grab food and drinks. Snacks (granola bars and fruit) were provided. Our driver, Adan was also great, as he stayed with the van at every stop so we were able to leave our belongings if we chose to. He also kindly refilled water bottles after every stop. Thank you both for a wonderful day. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect

Excellent experience. The guide was very informative about the history of chichen itza and we learnt so much about the culture and history of the Mayan people.
The Cenote we were taken too afterwards was beautiful and the water very cool and refreshing!

The entire experience was smoothly operated, professional and attentive to details. I would highly recommend this tour as it stands out from the crowd due to the quality (ie., comfortable transportation, the lunch was at a beautiful authentic Mexican restaurant with the most delicious food prepared in a timely manner, the cenote was breathtaking in a well organized family-owned lush jungle space with no crowds whatsoever). The operators of this experience literally covered every detail to make the day exceptional!

We had an unforgettable day exploring Chichen Itza, a stunning cenote, and charming Valladolid with our incredible guide Iber. He was a wealth of knowledge and made the experience fun and meaningful.
