- From 1st of January 2025, Tulum Archeological Site is incorporated to the Jaguar Park, therefore, one more expense is added to the cost of the tour besides the National Park entrance fee and the Inah concept. If you picked the Included options, there is no extra charge to be paid in the site.

This was a great opportunity to learn a bit about the Mayan culture. The views were great! I want to leave a special shout out to Joel our guide who was a local with Mayan roots and was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. 10 out of 10 - would highly recommend especially if you can get Joel as your guide.

We did the private tour with our guide Rubén. We could not have been more impressed with his knowledge of the Mayan people and the ruins at Tulum. It was great to go at our own pace and have all of our questions answered. Great tour and request Runén!

This was a great experience. Joel is so informed, not only about the ruins, but about Mayan culture. He gave us a sense of what life was like when the temple wan inhabited. It was such a rich experience. Joel is also half Mayan so he was able to speak the language. I highly recommend it.

Joel (the Mayan Bruno Mars!) was absolutely wonderful! So knowledgable & truly passionate about Tulum and his Mayan heritage. He was funny, incredibly accommodating, and hospitable! After the first couple minutes of meeting him, we knew we made the right decision!

Tulum - Mayan City of Walls.
Our family of 6 had the best tour led by Joel. It was an amazing learning experience about this city in the past and walking through it with such a great guide. He gave us the history. He was also so thoughtful with details. Giving us a video of where to meet . Stopping in the shade.

Our family had a wonderful experience touring the Tulum Ruins thanks to our fantastic guide, Victor. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared rich historical and cultural insights in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. He was also kind, patient, and made sure to answer all of our questions.
Since it was a particularly hot day, we appreciated how he kept the tour moving at a steady pace without making us feel rushed. He also gave us options throughout the tour, allowing us to tailor the experience to our interests and comfort.
We really appreciated that he told us about other areas within the park that were included in our admission. Based on his recommendation, we took the short tram ride to the museum, which was air conditioned and a great way to cool down while continuing to learn. We decided to skip the sky path in Jaguar Park due to the heat, but it was great to know it was available.
Overall, the communication, notes, and videos from Joel in advance were invaluable, and our guide helped make this visit memorable, informative, and comfortable for our whole family. Highly recommend the private tour. It is worth it!

Joel was amazing! He was willing to wait for us when we were late due to the kiddos we were bringing. He was super knowledgeable and had some great insights on the trees and animals and the city of Tulum. We all learned so much! 100% would recommend this tour! We took 2 young kids and a stroller and it was a little tricky in spots due to rocks but was doable.

A must do excursion in Tulum - absolutely beautiful. We booked a private guided tour with tickets - there’s a steep premium for this but it made things a lot easier and enjoyable. It gets very hot so bring an umbrella for shade and bug spray. Also try to do it early to avoid the worst of the heat and the crowds. Plastic and glass bottles are not allowed (they check your bags) but the canned water that is common here is fine.

We would like to thank Victor and team for a well-informative tour. We had so much fun learning about the history behind the beautiful Archeological ruins of Tulum. There isn't a ton of information on the placards, so I'm very thankful we decided to book a tour.
