Brilliant Day Out!
Excellent Day out - our guide, Andreas, was extremely knowledgeable & very friendly. Maxwell was a top notch driver too!
Tulum ruins are not to be missed, amazing views and a great piece of history.
During our swim we were lucky enough to encounter some sea turtles, along with an array of fish and a stingray!
The cenote stop was breathtaking and very peaceful, followed by a lovely lunch.
Would definitely recommend.

Best Excursion Ever!!
This excursion was so fun! We decided to visit Tulum as part of our honeymoon and it didn’t disappoint. The staff at Cancun Adventures were so kind and helpful. The cenote was the best part of this trip. Truly amazing and something you don’t see very often! Would 10/10 recommend this trip to everyone!

Maca was super nice and id do every tour with her if i could, learnt lots about the mexican culture and the mayan culture as well. Unforgettable cenote tour and would highly recommend! Weather your in a couple or flying solo i promise you wont regret it. Best time!

Chichen Itza Only
If you just want to see Chichen Itza and back to your hotel. This is the tour for you. Our guide Frank and our driver Jose was amazing. Picked is up 5am early in the morning and got us back in our hotel room by 230pm. Frank was very informative and Jose was a safe driver. Would recommend.

Wow
I honestly think anyone will have a hard time finding a guide better than Ricardo. His ability to deal kind and calmly with a large group of tourists from all over the world, to speak eloquently in a captivating and entertaining manner and his exceptional knowledge (which includes extra research that he participated in himself) of history and the mayan people all distinguish him from any tour guide i have ever seen.
On top of that he was also extremely aware and concerned for our experience. He made sure nobody got lost and also warned us about any possible scams.
The tour itself was also full of great, fun and interesting experiences. The lunch was very good and the Cenote was a beautiful and refreshing end of our day.
10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Amazing Cenote
The shop at the very beginning was nice to get to know about customs, but the prices of everything are just too high.
The Cenote is amazing. Beautiful, pleasant to swim in, stunning. Something that you will definitively won't see anywhere else. This particular cenote is really big.
The stop at Valladolid is quite pointless.
Chitchen Itzá doesn't need further introductions or selling. It's a must-see.
About the guide, Ismael, great guy and he gave a lot of good insight about Mayan culture and language which we really liked, but he had two tendencies that were a bit annoying:
1. Every 3 words he would switch languages (english/spanish). It would have been better to just say the entire idea in one language, and then the other. If not, it sounds like an echo, specially if you speak both.
2. many guides we found in México are quite coddling towards the guests/customers, which is not something I personally like... I am an adult (doesn't seem to be Ismael's personal thing).

Awesome tour guide, short trip overall
Overall, an awesome trip! Carlos Moo was a wonderful tour guide - very knowledgeable, easy to understand, has clearly been doing this a long time. The bus was clean and the whole operation was pretty smooth. Ekinox Tours did a great job!
Your enjoyment will depend on what you are looking for in a tour. The whole thing felt a bit rushed (especially Tulum) but it had to, in order to fit within 7-8 hours. It’s the price you pay for a half day tour. If you want a more comprehensive tour, go for the 10-12 hour tours. They’re that long for a reason
Also, your pickup time depends on your location. We got a WhatsApp text less than 24 hours in advance with our time. Would have been nice to know that info sooner, but that’s our only real complaint. Very enjoyable overall!

Amazing Tour
Great experience, if this was all I did the whole trip I would be content. We actually learned alot about Mayans, the culture, and the development of the cities. The tour guys were awesome Stich & Moo. Food was great, and the tour was very well planned.
Cenotes were great!

Excellent tour
Our guide Armondo was amazing.
He was knowledgeable about all the
food stops and gave us insight into Tulum-things to do, places to visit
and shop. The food was excellent, local places we would have never found.
Each place was unique,
and so tasty.

Great experience! Go for it
Great adventure and fun, really glad we did it. Negative reviews give some useful practical suggestions, but some must be down to expectations. Keep an open mind and go for it!
Raphael was a great guide and kept it moving along. Not everyone in a group responds in the same way but he was very patient.
Bear in mind this is in the middle of the forest/jungle - paths are rocky and rooty, steps to platforms can be uneven but take your time. The chain came off one ATV but they got it sorted quickly. No other issues.

Must do excursion!
This was truly such a great activity! I went to Mexico solo and loved having my pictures taken for me. The workers were incredibly friendly and patient. We got our pictures about 24 hours after the excursion ended and I was sent 250+ pictures to sort through! Food at the beach club was great as well.

Smooth Trip from Cancún, Great Guide, and Amazing Food
I had a great time on this Tulum day trip. Mary was our tour guide and she was very informative throughout the entire day. They picked us up right in front of our Airbnb in Cancún at 7 a.m., and even though we were the first of 13 pickups, everything stayed on schedule. After three pickup stops, we still made it to our first destination in Tulum by 10:21 a.m.
We started at the archaeological site, which was beautiful, and then headed to Cenote Puerta Maya. The cenote was a relaxing way to cool off, and the chicken tacos and nachos there were honestly the best we’ve ever had.
Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable trip with a great guide and memorable stops. I’d definitely recommend it.
