What are people saying about Tokyo

One extremely recommended
Since minute one, our Driver was polite, did speak English very well and knew the city and whereabouts, he got to the hotel on time, drove us and explained every detail about the places, waited patiently while we were at the attractions or places since parking is hard to find for him, but that gave us the feeling of freedom but at the same time we knew someone was taking care of us, we totally recommend Neo and this company for everyone who would like to visit Tokyo, Japan

It was a rainy day, but...
It was a rainy day, but the bus left on time, and our guide, Mitsuko, was very informative, entertaining, and helpful. If she could make the rain and clouds disappear, she would, just so everyone could see Mt Fuji. Despite not seeing Mt Fuji, the rest of the sights were great, and the drive was smooth and uneventful.

Great tour outside of Tokyo
Peru was a great guide who gave us great information in the bus as we were driving to the Nikko shrine . He answered every question I had, and was very knowledgeable. Once we got to the shrine, Peru also gave us some more information and then we had plenty of time on our own. We did go to the waterfall and the lake, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate those two places. But it was a wonderful day overall.
My only negative comment would be to make sure NOT to purchase the lunch that was optional to buy. The food there was not good at all. Plus, there were other places to get food in the time span that we had.

Great tour and food, excellent guide!
My husband and I had a great time trying new foods with Masa. He was very friendly, and happy to answer our many questions! Very different than other food tours we've taken in the past, but definitely one of our favorites! Highly recommend (and try something you wouldn't normally eat. You might like it. I did!)

Bucket List
This experience will exceed any other experience you partake in during your Japan adventures. Bryan, our tour guide, was energetic and informative. He was adamant on ensuring everyone’s safety while also giving us an unforgettable tour! I HIGHLY recommend this tour!

A must-do experience! My...
A must-do experience! My family and I had always seen these go-karting experiences online, and it did not disappoint! Most would opt to do it in a more central area, like Shibuya, but I am so happy we did it here in Akihabara. It's definitely still the city, so you get the bright lights and neon feel, but it's less crowded and more open, so you get to focus more on the driving. In other words, we were moving! You wouldn't think it, but those karts can get fast, so be warned! We are definitely doing this again if we come back!

Highly recommended one day concise tour of Tokyo covering all key areas
Excellent one day trip of Tokyo covering all key areas including two types of temple across two religions. The Hato Bus tour operator was very comfortable and well structured, and especially big thanks to our tour guide Mr Teru-san and the bus driver Ichitawa-san. Teru-san was very patient, polite and explained key locations and the historic context very clearly and English was easy to understand. Tokyo sky tree experience, Sensoji Temple, Meji Shrine and the Imperial Palace outer Garden was great. The short stop at the Ganman Robot and The Statue of Liberty was nice surprise item The best part of the tour was the buffet lunch at the restaurant near Haneda airport with a good spread at a superb dining location. The pick up location right behind the Tokyo station was very easy and convenient to locate. Highly recommend this one day trip of Tokyo compared to other two operators.

Reliable, on-time transport in roomy vehicles from Narita to downtown Tokyo
Hassle-free, affordable pickup from Narita airport and efficient drop-off to the Nikko Grand Daiba hotel in Tokyo. The person was on-time, had a board with my name on it, and was reasonably easy to spot. He also sent me WhatsApp messages with the sign, etc. The vehicle was roomy enough for 7 of us and was able to carry all the usual bags (1 large suitcase, 1 carry-on and one handbag per person), and there was still more space available. Not that much more than the airport shuttle, and we didnt have to adhere to the shuttle schedule or go to a specific location. This convenience alone is worth the small price difference.

Fantastic tour! Well worth it!
This excursion was an absolutely fantastic way to experience some of Japan’s most iconic sights in one day. From start to finish, everything was well organized and ran smoothly. Seeing Mount Fuji was truly breathtaking. We were very lucky that we had a bright sunny clear day that made it even more magical and unforgettable. Kamakura was a highlight, especially visiting the Great Buddha, which is even more impressive in person. The history and peaceful atmosphere there really stood out. Also, Lake Ashi was another beautiful stop, offering scenic views and a relaxing change of pace. The combination of cultural landmarks, natural beauty, and comfortable transportation made this a well-balanced and enjoyable day. It is a full day with an early start, but absolutely worth it if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan for the first time or those wanting to check off some must-see destinations in one trip. We stopped for lunch which was delightful and delicious. Our tour guide was from Spain but really knew his history and facts about this wonderful country!

A peaceful cherry blossom walk away from the crowds
This was a wonderful experience. Our guide was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which made the morning feel relaxed and personal. We walked through quieter lanes lined with cherry blossoms, away from the busy tourist areas, and got to see a different side of Tokyo. It felt calm, authentic, and unhurried. I really appreciated the slower pace and the chance to just take it all in.

Best Bike Guide In Tokyo
Gahku was our subaraschi Guide! He is such a professional cyclist always calling out every Turn, „clear“ to be confident no one is coming. He did such a fantastic job. The Route is approximately 17 miles, however it felt more like 8 miles. He is very measured with the changing of the Traffic lights, you go right thru, the Temples, Shrines, backalleys, truly best bike tour in Tokyo. Arigato!

A day in tokyo
Fantastic day out. Exhausting and difficult at times because of mobility issues. The public transport system is not as catering for the disabled as previously expected. There are a lot of steps to encounter. But Akiri, our guide, was very adaptable and much appreciated. Thank you Akiri.
