We had an amazing tour. Jeremy was a great guide, taking us to some amazing places. The weather was a little dreary but it didn’t spoil our enthusiasm. We tried our first Taiwanese dishes and they were delicious. I have limited mobility and Jeremy was attentive and always helpful. We would highly recommend Jeremy and this tour.

Everything went very smoothly. We found my name on a sign as soon as we entered the arrivals hall. The driver loaded our bags and we were on our way to the hotel. No waiting around. No trying to find a vehicle large enough to accommodate us and luggage. No negotiating rates. No chaos. It was exactly as described. Perfect for arriving in a foreign country where we don’t read or speak the language and we’re exhausted after a 15-hour flight and over 24-hours of straight travel total. We needed easy, and this it. Would highly recommend.

Stephen was great in adapting to the itinerary that we wanted-picked us up at the airport, dropped our luggage off at our hotel and took us to the three hotspots we wanted to visit in Taipei! ( 101 - Roehe Night Market and evening drive by of the Chiang Kai shek Memorial-It was very easy to communicate with him -and he was very accommodating! the car was new, clean and held all our luggage !

Excellent communication; they provided clear, easy-to-understand instructions for meeting the driver at Taoyuan Airport. Even though our flight was delayed by over an hour, the driver was already waiting at the arrival hall exit holding a sign with our name. He was courteous and helpful, handling all of our luggage during loading and unloading. I will use their services again and will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

A truly amazing and fun experience. The entrance was a little confusing to find if you are very familiar with the area. The restaurant workers next door were able to point me in the right direction! The instructors were so friendly and patient. Makes even the most novice chef feel like a pro. Would recommend to anyone and everyone who wants a half day activity. Already recommended to my friends who frequently visit Taipei

We had the most incredible day exploring Taiwan with our tour guide, Oliver. He took us to Jiufen, Shifen Waterfall, the Golden Waterfall, the Yehliu Geopark, and even made a special stop for us to light a lantern and make wishes—plus several other thoughtful stops along the way. His timing was *perfect*; we always arrived just before the big bus tours, which made every experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Oliver was not only knowledgeable—sharing fascinating history and stories about Taiwan—but also genuinely personable and so easy to chat with. By the end of the tour, it felt like we had made a new friend. I can’t recommend this tour enough. Skip the crowded big bus options and book this tour instead. You’ll get a much more intimate, meaningful, and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Getting a personal driver at port is the way to see more on your cruise. Perhaps similar cost but we doubled what we could see on the cruise excursion. Our driver “Johnson” was knowledgeable and eager to please. He did a great job in adding colorful extras to our visits. He was also great at taking pictures. Thanks for the great tour!

I had an absolutely fantastic time in my recent day tour, which allowed me to try some of Taiwan's best foods and see some of the island's most beautiful sites. I really loved the views of the mountains and oceans, as well as the naturally forming "mushroom rocks," which were fascinating to learn about! I also loved trying different Taiwanese foods in various locations, especially the specialty sweets. However, what really made the tour great was the service of Danny. Danny was a wonderful driver and guide, and he has significant knowledge of the area given his twelve years of experience. He speaks excellent English and he provides the chance to participate in many exciting activities, and I especially liked painting and releasing a flying "happy lantern." Overall, the tour provides a perfect balance of guidance and free time, and I had the chance to get some really nice gifts for loved ones back home. I really appreciate Danny providing such an amazing experience during my first time in Taiwan, I would happily use this company's services again!
