What an INCREDIBLE experience in Taipei. I have taken cooking classes all over the world and this is hands down the absolute best I have ever experienced. Thorough, professional, informative, and FUN. I actually feel confident that I can make bao at home now, too!

Really great cooking class where we learned exactly how to make Xiao long bao, beef noodle soup, bubble tea, and cucumber salad. The majority of the class is spent on the Xiao long bao, where you'll let to use your "lady fingers" to make exquisite tasting but mediocre looking (because it's your first time making them) xiao long bao. You really don't need any cooking experience to enjoy this class and I would definitely recommend it if you're going to be in Taiwan!

The class was well organized and everything was in order. Teacher Diana was such a good cook and teacher. The interaction is fun and interesting. After we prepared the soup buns and noodles, other staffs help us cook the food labeled with the name of each tourist student😁. It’s an amazing course to learn that even the seemingly complicated Asian food like beef noodle soup can be arranged and prepared in a planned way. My 16 yr old daughter learned and enjoyed a lot. It’s so delicious to taste the food you made yourself 😆💕.

Wonderful experience! The best part was learning how to prepare a Xiao Long Bao and Beef Noodle dishes. There wasn’t much to the Boba making part, but it was nice to know the differences between Boba and Bubble Milk Tea and how it was made.

My daughter and I attended the cooking class Saturday morning 12/30. It was such a great experience. My daughter enjoyed making the soup dumplings and most of all she loved being a part of making the beef noodle soup. She ate the whole bowl of beef noodle soup and the best part is she got to shake/made her own bubble tea. Angela was very professional, and very thorough with every step. Highly recommended. We will come back for other dishes. Hoping the future they have cookie making!

Angela was our instructor. She was energetic and had a great personality. She provided tidbits on how to make the Xian long bao and beef noodles. The boba was pre made- packaged - it was not from scratch.

This was an incredibly fun experience and the small recipe book with personalized photo was an unexpected treat. I would recommend this class to anyone who loves to explore culture through food, regardless of their experience in the kitchen.

Lovely experience! My 11 & 13 yo sons, and older parents all had fun. Learned about what goes into the dishes. Also history of boba drink. Angela was very friendly and patient with everyone. Short walk from MRT. Closest station is Zongshan, exit 6 (Google maps took us to the further exit).

This was such a fun class. We learned how to make dumplings, beef noodle dish, a cucumber salad and bubble tea. Angela was awesome. She was funny, knowledgeable, and explained the cooking processes very well. The class had 9 people in it but she was able to spend time and focus on everyone there. She took a lot of photos during the session.
At the end of the class, everyone received a photo of them with their dumplings and the recipes for what we made. As well, later that day, I received a link to a google drive containing all of the photos she took that day.
I would highly recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning about Taiwanese dishes.

What a delightful morning this was ... Our instructor, Lydia, was warm, patient, and knowledgeable about Taiwan's signature dishes. She helped each and everyone of us overcome our individual challenges in making xiao long bar from scratch, from the dough, to the wrapper and finally to the intricately folded soup dumplings. The class was also very efficiently designed to incorporate instructions on how to make beef noodle soup, cucumber salad, and tapioca milk tea while the dough for the xiao long bao wrappers was resting/rising and while the dumplings were steaming. We all enjoyed our own creations at the end of the lesson. All in all, this was such an enjoyable and instructive class!
