We had an excellent overview of the key hi-lights & you looked after us so well in the rain. ☔️ Your videos before each landmark were very informative & your insight taking us around the National Palace Museum made the experience so wonderful!! You went out of your way to assist us - a great dumplings luncheon & so many terrific photos you took of us together have given us great memories too.

What an outstanding day we had in Taipei with YOLO Tours! Our guide, "Roger," was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. He showed us around the best sights in a private excursion and even managed to work around the rain. If you're traveling to Taipei, I can't recommend him highly enough!

We had an excellent experience touring parts of Taipei and Keelung with Cody. He took care to give us experiences we did not know to ask foe - like the cafe under Taipei 101. He walked through streets & markets with us, translating , explaining and encouraging us to try new things. The pictures He took and sent to us helped us capture the day that selfies dont always do. After doing 4 other Private custom tours in the last month, I can say that is not always the case. I highly recommend Cody and this tour.

Vincent took us to several places we asked to see including the museum and where we could release a lantern with our wishes. He had a very nice vehicle and was on time to pick us up.

Our tour driver was Alex. He was a delight to have as a tour guide, because he had worked in the US, so his English was very good.
It was a rainy day, and Alex did his best to show us the sights of Keelung. We wanted to see the highlights of Keelung because we had already been sightseeing in Taipei. Enroute to Yehliu Geo Park, Alex showed us a beautiful viewpoint. And at Yehliu, he was very good at showing us how to get around and see the best rock formations. We learned so much about the history of Keelung from Alex. I would recommend him as a guide.

Excellent tour with great driver/guide (Paul). Tour was interesting, but not intense. Paul was knowledgeable and happy to enlighten us about his country. We would gladly do this tour again.

We had a great tour with Chiao-Chiao. She took us to all the highlights with the limited time we had - Lungshan Temple, an amazing street market, helped us order lunch, the CHK memorial and the changing of the guards and more. We had a great time and made a new friend.

We are four well traveled adults who spent the day with Vincent as our driver/guide. He worked very hard to get us to the most popular sites. The vehicle was extremely comfortable. Although he spoke English, he was somewhat difficult to understand at times and we may not have gotten the benefit of his explanations.. We walked about 11,000 steps and we were quite tired in the end. Tried eating at food court at Taipei 101 but too congested on a Sunday and no tables available. He offered to take us someplace else, but we really were quite tired by then.

Vincent Lee was an excellent tour guide.
My husband can’t walk too far and steps are a challenge. Vincent got us to every venue taking care to point out the elevators and joining us to explain everything we were viewing.
We wanted to eat dumplings and beef noodle soup he ordered for us and we truly enjoyed that meal.
We never felt rushed and we covered all the main sites that day.
Our last stop was to try stinky tofu (our request). Vincent again ordered for us and we were not disappointed with this cultural experience.
I would definitely do this again!

The best way to discover Keelung/Taipei in a day. Our tour guide, James Feng, was just amazing! We were able to check off all items in our "wish list" in a day. James was very professional and knowledgeable about the places we visited, and took very good photos of our experiences!!! This tour is a must when you have a limited time in Taiwan. VERY Highly recommended!!!

Henry Huang was an excellent guide. He took us to all the highlights of Taipei, found us a great restaurant for lunch, and got us back to the ship on time. He is very knowledgeable on Taipei history and landmarks, and very happy to talk about his country. We were also able to hire him to take us to the airport later that day. We would highly recommend him!

Mr Jackson did great job even though rainy day. We did look out most of the Taipei city in a short period of time. He carefully managed the plan and gave us a lot of stories about taiwan.

Jackie Lo was great as our guide in Taipei. He was timely in meeting us and was very patient as our wives wanted to spend a lot of time shopping (more so than their husbands). We would highly recommend Jackie to any visitor to Taipei.

We had a wonderful day with Vincent Lee. He guided us to numerous historical sites across Taipei and ensured we were always at the right spot for fantastic photos. He taught us about the history and culture of Taiwan and took us to several popular food spots in the Yongkang Street district. Vincent picked us up at the cruise port and ensured we were back well before our departure time.

On a 9-night Princess Cruise docking in Keelung port overnight(2 full days), I booked 8 hr private tour(English speaking) for family of 4(parents + daughters ages 18 & 21). Jackson met us promptly if not early at port. He immediately exceeded our expectations by answering any ??s we had such as exchanging usd to nt$, Wi-Fi, charging devices etc…his VW van easily accommodated 4, had a/c and a karaoke mic, which entertained us around the 5th hr of our journey, battling minor traffic to the next site. In 8 hrs Jackson customized our tour, especially making a guided tour FUN for the adult kiddos. We stopped where large tour buses could not to get photo op moments, gave us a “local perspective” on THE BEST cuisine, gifts to bring home, mango shave ice, boba drinks etc…for example, Jackson reserved seating at Din Tai Fung while we explored Taipei 101! Wonderful experience. Got to see so many of the Main sites in this full day your. We were able to view things on our own leisure as this was a private tour with just two people and our guide/driver. Was able to cover so much in a limited amount of time.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our day with Saito and we did everything we asked for in the time available. The Glass bottom boat was probably the best we have ever experienced and the caves and viewpoint created a memorable trip for all of us.
Saito took many photos and he is an excellent photographer, which was an added bonus for our visit.
Saito was also knowledgeable and answered all our questions as we learnt about Ishigaki.
It was my wife, Gilly's birthday and Saito made sure she had a fantastic day on the island.
Our trip was for six, but booking on one tour was harder than usual and this could be better in future for others/

From our guide, Ben Tseng, suggestions….. we made choices of where to visit and experienced so much in our one day tour. The van made it safe and convenient getting to the sights. Ben’s English was good and we understood him well.

Sean went out of his way to make sure we had a great day out. He even found us a KFC and Burger King so we could eat Western food (eventhough this must have been a personal disappointment for him and probably an affront to his culture). The itinerary was comprehensive and he wanted to show us more but we insisted on being taken back to the ship early just in case of traffic jam or accident that might make us late.

Our guide, “Peter” 葛青萍, did a fantastic job of showing us the highlights of Jiufen, Shifen and the surrounding areas. He also ensured we had opportunities to try all the foods and treats we had on our “bucket list”, to include a pleasant stop at a Jiufen tea house to experience the local tea culture. We highly recommend!

Good prior communication and easy pick up from cruise ship port. Tour locations were fully customisable beforehand and we visited some beautiful locations with stunning views. Saito provided good explanations and historical information in clear English. Recommended!
