Excellent overall
Chiao-Chiao our tour guide is was amazing
We saw everything on our list and more She was very knowledgeable on the sites we went to. There were particular items for our family we wanted to buy, Chiao-Chiao found all of the items. My wife has a disability, our tour guide was aware of it, adjusting our tour as needed. I would definitely recommend Chiao-Chiao for this tour.
Excellent transfer from Cruise terminal to our hotel. Easy to find my name on a board and then straight into our van on our way to our hotel. Highly recommend this transfer.
Wonderful experience, no waiting and personal service. As soon as we left the customs area with our luggage, we found the wall displaying our name and viator reservation. Met the representative which promptly got us to our waiting minivan. All our luggage fit and entire process was less than five minutes.
This pick up and drop off was great. It was very easy, good communication, everything went smoothly. Nice clean ride and a very helpful driver. Our name was clearly displayed and we were escorted to the pickup location. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Viator! Person was on time and already waiting for our arrival and my name displayed on sign board. Flawless service with English speaking driver who was super friendly and welcoming. Also provided tips and answered questions about Taipei and night markets. Thank You!
Prompt, clean car, helps in loading & unloading our luggages . Unable to communicate in English but seemed to be a decent guy, trustworthy.
Great customer service. The person who met us at the terminal was very helpful and friendly. We arrived at the port early way before the pick up
time but she was able to contact the driver for early pick up so we didn't have to wait for a long time.

He knew all the tricks, all the right photo spots. How the changing of the guard routine went so he could position us in all the right spots. And how he found the best food spot for lunch and the right tea vendor for my wife you loves tea. Perfect Day!
No one at port to greet us. We waited for over an hour waiting for contact. Finally after several texts and calls, vendor apologized that they were overwhelmed with guests from cruise ship. They returned full fair for non-performance. This was planned months in advance because it was advertised that book early and not get caught up in chaos that occurs at cruise port on debarkation. Instead we watched the chaos of most of the 2,500 passengers get settled with there transportation needs before 3rd party transport company sorted our transportation
Representative had our name and directed us to the car as we exit the inner door of port. Comfortable big van. Fast driver.

Our driver was very nice and it saved the trouble of having to find a taxi and wait on a long line. We were picked up in a luxurious Mercedes van.

Prompt, easy transfer from Keelung Port to Taipei hotel. Clean, well apportioned large Mercedes van (we had 5 people and lots of luggage) and even included multiple different types of phone chargers!

Had some trouble locating point of contact at Keelung port, but a quick call to the company directed me to the exact location of a Viator representative. Minivan easily held 6 adults with 12+ pieces of luggage. Drive to hotel in Taipei was uneventful and quick. Excellent service overall.

On time pick-up, clean vehicle, friendly driver. There was chaos at the cruise port but I was able to find someone who located my name on the list. She notified another person at the port, and this person escorted us to our pick-up vehicle. The process was smooth. I just wish the sign could have been a little larger and easier to see. All in all, it was very good service, and I would recommend it to my friends and family.
No on time, next time I with get a taxy, and they confuse me with other passenger and different hotel

A hassle free way to get from the cruise port to downtown Taipei. While others waited in a taxi line, or for an Uber, we were met in the arrivals hall. Our luggage was handled by our driver, and before we knew it we were checking into our downtown hotel.
