Roger our assigned driver picked us up at the Cruise terminal in Keeling and with the 5 hours we have booked was able to cover and see so many places in the city of Taipei.

If you love nature, this is a great experience. Our driver Nicholas Ying drove us to so many great places to see the waterfalls, the coastline where we saw great rock formations, to the old town where we tasted super delicious Taiwanese lunch and out favorite, the paper lantern launching.. so much more to explore if time permits.

Better late than never on this review. We went last year during Xmas and had a blast. We really enjoyed this informative tour and our guide was so thorough and helpful. We appreciate his knowledge of history and culture. Even my teenagers enjoyed his tour.

This is the best way to visit all the sites in Taipei City that are your preferences, without following any fixed itineraries. Vincent Chen was my driver and he accommodated to my own itinerary.
After visiting the impressive Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall, I asked him to take me to a listof temples that I prepared beforehand.
The most famous temple is the Longshan Temple which is really fantastic.
Likewise, all the other temples that we visited are beautiful, and each one of them is unique: Taipei Xia Hai City God Taoist Temple, located on Dihua Street; the Taipei Confucius Temple and the Dalongdong Baoan Temple, which is the most beautiful Taiwanese teple where people worship Taiwanese folk beliefs.
Then we went to the Wuji Tian Yuan Temple in Temsui district, which is dedicated to the Wuji Heavenly Mater in the main hall, and the main deity is the Jade Emperor. This unique circular pagoda with five floors a very popular destination during he cherry blossom season.
I highly recommend this tour I had a great day and lots of beautiful temples in my memories.

Our family enjoyed every moment of our 10+ hour layover at Taoyuan Airport thanks to our guide, Aaron! We did not plan ahead for leaving the airport, but the night prior to our flight, decided to book a private driver and guide around Taipei and the north east area of Taiwan and we don’t regret it! Our tour guide Aaron was a phenomenal guide, full of knowledge, insight was shared for the history and culture of Taiwan, along with an incredible sense of humor. We recommend the 5 hour tour to anyone that is looking to make the most of their layover in TPE.

Im only expecting a ride to destinations of our choice but our wonderful driver was also a guide and took wonderful pictures of us. A great choice to see Taipei from Keelung cruise port as an alternative to cruise shore excursions. Cheaper and more places to see and its private too.

We had a wonderful tour of Taipei with our guide Jackson. We visited several of the main sites and a few others suggested by him. Throughout our tour he provided detailed information and history of the country and city and sites visited. He was very personable and truly cared for our wellbeing. We finished the day with a superb lunch at a place Jackson recommended. We would highly recommend this tour with him.

Excellent tour that you can 'mold' to fit your timeframe with the sights that are of importance to you...our driver, James, was quite flexible and very helpful. On the other hand, if you just want to sit back and progress down the list of sights to see, you can do that do. James is quite accommodating and willing to please...don't hesitate to ask for suggestions too. He's a good escort and guide. Thank you! A fun day.

Vincent picked us up at the airport and took us for this private tour for the day. He was prepared for the weather and provided us all umbrellas when needed. He shared a lot of great information on the places we visited. We also had fun getting to know about him and his family and his history in the Taiwan military and work as a body guard. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch, recommended various street foods which we enjoyed and also took us to a wonderful coffee shop to keep us caffeinated after a 16 hour flight. It was a great way to spend the day hitting some of the top sights in Taipei.

Nice tour. Driver did a nice job of working around our mobility challenges. Accommodated our request to drive up mountain to see the city below. Highlight was seeing changing of the guard. Only issue was guide's English could be hard to understand at times.

We had a lovely tour and learned all about the city of Taipei with Xiao Hei. He picked us up from the airport in a spacious vehicle which he navigated the traffic in with ease. He showed us locations around the city with historical references, which my husband loved. He gave us time to shop and explore on our own while taking great pictures of us enjoying the area to keep as memories. He knew where the best pictures to be taken at each location. He understood our needs and made sure to fulfill them. As a family with kids, we appreciated Xiao Hei experience and felt safe in all that we visited.

Aaron gave us a fantastic tour and was flexible enough to pick us up at the airport for our tour when our flight was delayed. We had a great time with him, and he was very knowledgeable and kept us laughing with his great sense of humor. He made the most of our time with him, and if we weren’t completely sleep deprived, we probably would’ve paid him to take us overtime. Aaron is definitely pro and always found the best parking spots and photography angles. Thanks again, Aaron. Let us return the favor next time you’re in Seattle!
