What are people saying about Sydney

Karen_G, Apr 2026
Small group was 33 people :-(
33 people is not a small group in my opinion. Because we had so many people, we were slowed down and didn’t get to cover as much. The zoo was great — lots of great Australian animals. The Blue Mountains and Three Sisters were beautiful. We didn’t get to experience the Scenic World boardwalk because we had to wait on others who weren’t able to walk or climb stairs or who wondered off. This tour is not made for those who are not in good health or who can’t climb steps or walk very far. It’s also not made for those who want a smaller group because it wasn’t that.

Blue Mountain Excursion
We had a fantastic day, even though Mother Nature wasn't cooperating in the morning and early afternoon. Mark did an excellent job juggling the various elements at Scenic World so we could potentially see everything through the light rain and as the fog would appear and then lift. He was very informative and gave great advice on places to go afterward within the city. We had an excellent dinner and drink at the Shangri-La Hotel.

Excellent wombat and kangaroo tour
This is one of the best tours I’ve been on. Dave was a guide. He was excellent. Full of information and knew where to find the wombat and kangaroos. We saw several waterfalls, had dinner in kangaroo Valley, which was excellent and yeah sunset Dave knew exactly where to go to see all the wombat and kangaroos. We were able to get within several feet of the animals. The evening was capped off with some stargazing. All in all I would read this 10 out of 10 it would highly recommend that the store with Dave. Thanks for providing us a great tour

It does involve hiking...
It does involve hiking (it is why I selected it) on very well maintained trails. I had over 16,000 steps. Our guide, Ronnie was great, entertaining and knowledgeable. I'm 76 and did ok. My wife did not want to take all of the walks and Ronnie always was there to accommodate her. Great job.

If you’re ready to get out of the city and explore more of Australia, Sydney day trips are the ticket for adventure without the hassle of complicated planning. Day trips into the Blue Mountains are a popular choice with stops that might include Featherdale Wildlife Park, Scenic World, Katoomba Falls, and the Three Sisters rock formation. Many day trips include guided bush hikes, too. Another hot spot for a Sydney day trip is Hunter Valley for a gourmet foodie experience at boutique wineries and to sample goodies such as regional cheeses and chocolates.
