The entire tour was perfect. The way itinerary starting with the Zoo was perfect way to start the tour. The blue mountains is spectacular. It was a perfect day to see it.
Alfie our tour guide was very attentive, funny and informative. He made sure everyone had a great time no matter what language you speak. He was also fluent in Mandarin which was great for the Chinese in our group. The tour bus driver was also amazing. He picked us up at the said location on time and took us to our destination in a timely and safe manner. Overall I would highly recommend this trip for all these reason.

The views are spectacular.
Our guide and driver Yan was very pleasant and joyful . Good driver kept us informed on the next stops and gave us plenty of time to see things and shop.
Our guide was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed the tour overall. Our biggest disappointment was that there simply wasn’t enough time at the zoo. It’s a relatively small zoo, but even so, the allotted time felt rushed and we would have appreciated more time to explore.
One thing to be aware of is the koala photo experience. The photo is taken while you stand next to the koala rather than holding it. We had expected a more interactive experience, so this is worth knowing in advance.
Overall, a good experience with an excellent guide, but additional time at the zoo would have made the tour much better.
Alfie was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. Tom, our driver was very friendly and made for a smooth ride. Definitely will tell our friends should they come to Australia.
Nabil is the only way to do Thai tour. Amazing guy. If you do Thai tour ask for him specifically as you won’t regret it.
The tour was fantastic thanks to our guide/driver NABIL who is a very experienced and funny matte! It was worth!
Nabil was a great tour guide & host. Very knowledgeable, excellent driver. The zoo experience was my favorite. The tram experience was a little rushed (no fault of Nabil) It is a true full day.
Na bill was so helpful and waited for me to join the tour even though he didn’t have to really enjoyed the experience definitely coming back to blue mountain so much to see and do
Bruno was great! Bruno was able to keep us on schedule which allowed us to see everything we were expecting to see.
This tour was a highlight of our trip to Sydney!
The spectacular views were captivating, but it was Nabil’s personality, commentary, insights, recommendations and thoughtfulness that made the trip!
The trip to the zoo was great, got our pic. with the koalas……Blue mountains, Beautiful nature…. Worth it !

It was a good day trip out of Sydney. The description states the tour starts at 8 am but it does not account for hotel pick ups. I did get a text message from the guild with her cell number and time of a pick up a day before. The bus was very clean, driver was great. The trip started at Sydney Zoo. It’s rather on smaller side but I still felt rushed. We were able to stop at all look out points and experience all cable car rides . Overall it was worth doing.

Great trip if you are looking to take a leisure trip and get in several iconic sites. The Blue Mountains were spectacular. Photo op at Three Sisters and got to experience all three rides at Scenic World. The driver, Yan, was helpful and seemed to enjoy giving tours and sharing his thoughts.
Very smooth bus, great tour with kangaroo & koalas sightings at the zoo followed by scenic cableway ride at the blue mountains. Kautemba waterfall was beautiful. Our guide Alfie was very good with his explanatory talk. He was very friendly and helpful.
I went as a solo person on the full day trip with Alfie andTom. They were excellent and looked out for the old lady during the day. Even though I was the only solo person on the trip Alfie was friendly and made me feel very welcomed. I did get stuck in the queue at one point which made me late to the meet up point but I was reassured that it was okay... I felt awful but I just don't move as quickly as I once did. The information that was shared by Alfie was very good and interesting. Tom handled that bus magnificently. It was a good excursion and I have already recommended it to a friend, that will be visit soon. Thanks for the memories!

The tour was just as they advertised. The sites were extraordinary and a must see. The all inclusive rides were amazing with stunning views but the train from the bottom to the top being thrilling and unbelievable.

Amazing tour!!!!! Even with clouds the views were stunning. The guide is very knowledgeable and funny. The driver is amazing.

Had issues with the meeting point. No clear time defined if not meeting at the central location. At the Blue Mountain, some of the options described was not available. The trails were closed because we got there too late and not related to weather.

Our guide Tom made sure we got to see some amazing views even struggling with the weather. He was very knowledgeable about the local area and even helpful when we could not find our pick up location. This is a must see destination when visiting the area.

Great tour. Both the driver and Wilson are very attentive. It was a big group but the tour operator was very good to ensure everyone received good experience. Highly recommended this tour if you want to visit the Blue Mountains.

The tour was great but after the tour they dropped us off about 3 miles from where we were picked up we are all in our 70’s and had to walk 3 miles to get back to our hotel!! They should have dropped us off at the pickup point. And because the light rail wasn’t running we had to do the walk. We are already paying a lot of money for the tour they should have dropped us off at the starting point!! This happened for both tours we took through Viator and because of this I may never use Viator again and tell my friends and family about this!! But the tour was fine!

Booked a ”Small Group Tour” but ended up on a full size bus with 31 other people-not what I define as a Small Group! Tour guide & bus driver were very good & weather was beautiful for Blue Mountain experience!

33 people is not a small group in my opinion. Because we had so many people, we were slowed down and didn’t get to cover as much. The zoo was great — lots of great Australian animals. The Blue Mountains and Three Sisters were beautiful. We didn’t get to experience the Scenic World boardwalk because we had to wait on others who weren’t able to walk or climb stairs or who wondered off. This tour is not made for those who are not in good health or who can’t climb steps or walk very far. It’s also not made for those who want a smaller group because it wasn’t that.
