The entire tour was perfect. The way itinerary starting with the Zoo was perfect way to start the tour. The blue mountains is spectacular. It was a perfect day to see it.
Alfie our tour guide was very attentive, funny and informative. He made sure everyone had a great time no matter what language you speak. He was also fluent in Mandarin which was great for the Chinese in our group. The tour bus driver was also amazing. He picked us up at the said location on time and took us to our destination in a timely and safe manner. Overall I would highly recommend this trip for all these reason.

The tour was wonderful. The Blue Mountains were beautiful and Alfie our guide was great. He was very knowledgeable, funny and helpful.

It was a great excursion and the Blue Mountains were beautiful. The timing of all the activities worked very well. The time spent in each location was just right. Alfie and Alvin were great. Definitely worth the money.

The trip was great once we got on the bus! However I would strongly recommend booking it either directly with the operator or with anyone other than Viator. They changed our pickup time and place the day before the tour, bringing it forward from 8am to 7.30am and leaving us with little time to find the new pickup time. When we were picked up at the new pickup point, we were driven to our original pickup point to pickup more people! Why???
We had also wasted time trying to find our original pickup point which was a split level street with at least 16 bays. For some reason Viator did not tell us which bay. We later spotted in a section relating to late bookings (we booked months in advance) that it is always Bay 8!

Tom was the driver and tour guide. Excellent at giving us information and telling us the history via stories. His food and shopping recommendations were spot on. The scenery and visas were fabulous. Truly beautiful. The Sydney Zoo was a very pleasant surprise. A great day!

wonderful outing for the day. Blue Mountains absolutely beautiful along with the 3 sisters. Our tour guide Alfie was friendly, humorous and very knowledgeable. Loved seeing the zoo, kangaroos, koalas, wallaby's and photos with koala. we absolutely thought it was well worth our day.

Our tour guide Ric was nice, professional, and friendly. My husband and I truly had a great time. But there are few things I suggest others make sure ahead the trip.
1. We got registered with this trip one day before, and we were told that it was too late to arrange hotel pick-up so we still need to walk to the meeting point, which was kinda frustrating.
2. Though our tour guide Ric was wonderful, we actually chose Chinese guide when ordering. So if people who need Chinese guide please make sure you are arranged with a Chinese-speaking tour guide.

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience even though the weather wasn’t so good. Didn’t feel rushed at all and plenty of time to see everything on the itinerary. Tom was very knowledgeable and kept us all entertained and in check with the itinerary throughout. Highly recommend this day trip from Sydney..
The only criticism is not excursion related but regards the reservation originally made in 2025.
The start time stated was 8:00am and just after payment in Viator, the start time changed to 7:00am (which initially I thought could have been a typing mistake).
I was arriving on a cruise ship at 6:30am and my disembarkation time between 07:00 am and 07:30 am had been allocated two days previously.
Therefore it was certainly not going to be possible to get to the pickup point for the new time of 07:00am or meet the requirement to be there 15 minutes before hand. Upon disembarkation, we also had an additional step to queue and clear immigration, before attempting to join this excursion.
After contacting the operator, I was provided with a new start time of 8:15am and a new pick up location 2km away, which required an additional taxi ride from the port.
I expressed my uncertainty about being able to reach this new point on time after which I then suddenly discovered my booking had been cancelled.
To continue with this excursion meant that I had to rebook last minute at a higher price.
Luckily I did make it to the pick up point on time and had a great day but the booking experience and increase in price left a bad taste with a sleepless night.
To avoid further confusion, I recommend that pick up times and locations are clearly stated at time of booking as well as guidance for future cruise ship passengers. Upfront communication will help for an excursion that runs every day.
On this excursion, eight of thirty passengers were from our cruise ship and at least four faced a similar last minute dilemma.

To be fair, Brighton coach doesn’t control the weather, but the rain really put a damper on the day. We didn’t get to see the Blue Mountains at all because of the fog. Zoo was still enjoyable.
Tom was a skilled coach driver and funny, but he reminded us repeatedly throughout the day that if we were even 1 minute late then we could take the train back to Sydney instead. It just made the day feel stressful which is not nice when on holiday.
Also - my personal opinion is that it would be nice if there was a “rainy day” plan instead. It would have been nice to soend more time in Leura town where there was plenty to see and enjoy instead of rushing to Scenic World to pointlessly ride the trams through the clouds.

What a treat! The weather changed mine and my fiance’s plans - from a beach day, to the Blue mountain excursion, and we’re sooo glad it did! Alfie and Tom were 100% the best tour guide and driver, and I will always recommend their tour team to anyone that asks for something to do, when visiting Sydney!

Wow and breath taking! No exaggeration - I def recommend! Tom Tom (our driver) was very knowledgeable, on time, + did extras to make sure we were all comfortable and enjoyed the experience! I think he even made the fog disappear for 5 hrs just so we can see 3 sisters 🤣 Recommend x100🤙🏾

This tour company did not pick us up even though we were where we were supposed to meet them an hour early. I had to call them and they wanted me to navigate to them. I told them no as I had mobility issues. They did come pick us up , but everything on the tour was rushed from that point and we didn’t get to enjoy any of the places we stopped. I was highly disappointed in this tour

Nice variety of activities for the day. Our guide, Said was wonderful. He was aware of individual needs and made accommodations when necessary. He gave specific suggestions of food and drinks when we stopped and also helped us with directions to continue after our tour for our own evening adventure in Sydney, including an unexpected viewing of fireworks at Darling harbor. An amazing day! Would recommend this tour😁
