Confusion from ticket—thought we bought two tickets to ride separately but had to pay EXTRA upon arrival. Frustrating miscommunication. The directions given by group snowmobile leader was brief and not explicit enough. People struggled and it limited my experience.

It’s hard…prepare yourself

The trip and the staff are excellent- the 4* rating is more based on the personal experience on the snow mobile. It was not for me and as I was travelling with a child - it take a lot physically and mentally to do the ride in full as I had no one that I could swap with on the driving! Be warned it’s not a simple task! Other than that - everything was a lovely experience

One of our favorite...

One of our favorite experiences in Iceland. The glacier feels like another planet and zooming around on the snow mobiles is such a fun and unique experience. If you book for two you will share a snow mobiles but you get the opportunity to sway halfway, which also gives you both a turn to look around and enjoy the surroundings.

Amazing trip!

The trip was incredible and I really enjoyed the whole experience! Our original time got cancelled due to weather warnings but the team were very helpful at resolving this and offering the earlier slot. We did get stuck out in the snow for a while but this was bound to happen with the weather conditions and we all got back safely and only around an hour and a half later than expected.
