Herculaneum Tickets & Tours

The meeting provided by Viator was incorrect. My wife and I arrived early but the meeting point was incorrect. Thankfully after contacting EcoArt they gave the correct meeting point. Unfortunately we had to run to the correct meeting point. The Tour Guide was excellent from EcoArt. We still had a good day.

Definitely worth doing a small tour skip the line. We were into the Vatican Museum and able to start our tour immediately. Lots of people and noisy but our guide, Lisa, was informative and knew the system so we were able to see the highlights without hassle.

We had an amazing time on this tour. The hosts were so nice and friendly and spoke wonderful English. We enjoyed delicious fruits, appetizers and refreshments on board and got to swim, explore caves and see the gorgeous coastline of Cefalu. I would highly highly recommend this tour. Do not miss it!

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the Colosseum, the Forum and Palatine hill along with the history of Rome. You could tell he was very passionate about it. We had a very small group which allowed us to listen and ask questions easily in a crowded environment.

This was an unguided, skip the line ticket. So, I expected a very low level of service. Boy, was I surprised. My wife needed a wheelchair to go through the museum. One of the guides provided us personal service into the museum and to the location in which we could rent wheelchairs. She saved us a lot of time. I’ve always had success with Viatour in other countries. This “tour” set even a higher standard. Oh, and the works in the museum are special. Of course, the Sistine Chapel and the Raphael Gallery are amazing, but don’t overlook the great Egyptian and Greek collections.

Allessandro looked after us very well and was aware that was not quite mobile. So while there are steps to negotiate he directed us away to lifts while our companions trudged up the stairs and thus we didn’t hold anyone up. He impacted lots of information about the building, the Roman empire and more recent and we came away feeling we really knew far more now. Of course whether it sticks in the memory banks will be the test! We enjoyed the experience and gained far more than if we had just visited and‘winged it’

I had a wonderful time with this tour. Our tour guide Alessandra helped us make it inside the Vatican as swift as possible considering how hectic the entrance can be. In this tour you’ll be able to take a shortcut to get you to the Sistine chapel and another for Saint Peter’s Basilica. It’s a nice detail considering how many people visit the Vatican everyday. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and patient with everyone. Highly recommend.

Serena was absolutely incredible to tour the colosseum and forum with. She was very thoughtful about our experience, answered all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience (except that we wish we booked more time and places!). Thank you Serena.
