This was a great...

This was a great experience. The monkeys were adorable. Our tour guide was funny and entertaining. We were able to see the restaurants and neighborhoods during the ride to Monkeyland. They make sure they explain the rules to you for your protection and the monkeys. Great place and you can tell they love the monkeys.

Lots of interactive time with monkeys and parrots. Area was clean and animals were clean and appeared to be well kept. Prices in gift shop and for pictures were very expensive, but they do provide an opportunity during the second part of the excursion to take your own pictures

Super kind and Personable.

Booking was very easy. They texted us the day of and sent a picture of where they were at. I wish the instructions were a little more detailed because when we landed, we were in terminal B and they were in terminal A. Our flight was an hour delayed and when I texted the person that we had arrived, I didn’t get an answer. One of the other drivers that was parked outside called the company for us and explained where we were. They then came and picked us up very swiftly. Michael was our driver and he was amazing —-super kind and sweet. We enjoyed speaking with him and listening to music on the way to the resort. We picked the minivan and it is an older vehicle. That doesn’t really matter to us. We felt very safe and that is what mattered to us most.

We had a great experience with this private transfer service. Customs took much longer than expected when we arrived, but the company stayed in contact with us throughout the delay and provided updates while we were making our way through the airport. It was reassuring to know they were tracking our arrival and waiting for us. They also proactively scheduled our return transfer to the airport, making our departure just as easy and stress-free. Great experience!

The airport is a little chaotic, but the team was able to get us and help us navigate the crowd to a calmer pickup area. We felt safe and comfortable during the roughly 50 minute drive to the resort. They were prompt in picking us up for our return and communication was a breeze using email on the airport or resort WiFi if you are not paying for a data plan. Will absolutely use them again!

Overall good experience. Our tour guide was excellent had a lot of personality which made the tour even better. They did a good job of letting us know what to expect while ATVing. The only thing I didn’t care for was the hustling by the locals but that’s to be expected. I most definitely would do a tour with them again.

I booked this booze party boat for Labor Day weekend 2025, and I want to give a honest review to help the next person decide if they want to book with this company. Overall it was a great experience. We had to board a small boat to get to a big boat(and take off our shoes for the duration unless you wore water shoes). The food I will say was priced very high, so eat before you come. The hookah was 25$ to start and 25$ each refill. The music was amazing and when we got to the section where all of the other boats were, it looked as if we were the only ones with music and dancing. I am very pleased with choosing this company.

Very nice group of people

I booked this excursion for Labor Day 2025, and was pleased overall with the outcome. Luis Miguel was our tour guide and he was very sweet and kind with our group. He also helped us with the “hecklers” in the area whenever we would stop for an activity. I was unable to drive the atv(my glasses couldn’t fit under the goggles) but was able to ride with the mechanic which was neat. I would recommend this excursion to anyone.
