Leugy was AWESOME and came to find us in the busy, construction-filled exit terminal! He got us to our hotel so fast and educated us on the layout of Punta Cana and all of the things to do. Would absolutely recommend this company!

They were prompt, efficient, and very courteous. Never had any worries getting from the airport to the resort (50 minutes away), and vice versa. I plan to revisit the DR and will definitely use them again.

The airport is a little chaotic, but the team was able to get us and help us navigate the crowd to a calmer pickup area. We felt safe and comfortable during the roughly 50 minute drive to the resort. They were prompt in picking us up for our return and communication was a breeze using email on the airport or resort WiFi if you are not paying for a data plan. Will absolutely use them again!

Driver was waiting for us holding a sign with our name. Walked us to the shuttle and had cold water for us. Told us about how long the drive would be and drove in a responsible way. Wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again

We had a wonderful experience using this service. Their communication and attentiveness was excellent. I had messaged the company a few times at the airport from our home location to advise them we were delayed on our flight and the assured me it wasn’t an issue as they also kept up with all delays. Once we had exited the PUJ airport, our associate was easily visible with a sign with my name on it. He directed us to our vehicle with our driver and sent us on our way. Our driver kept us in a lighthearted conversation throughout our drive and gave us great tips on what to look for in PC. Wonderful experience overall! Will be using them again!

Everything went super smooth. Julio was waiting for me when I arrived and made sure the rain did not soak me wet, what I really appreciated. Apart from that very safe and good driver thanks a lot!

They werent on time at all. Waited 40 min. Back seat wet where husband sat. Driver sidnt know where i wanted to go. I sqid was on all paperwork

We are from North Carolina. We came here with some good friends for vacation. The experience has been a wonderful one from the airport to the resort. Super Marc was so nice to us. Excellent driver, excellent personality and very knowledgeable about Punta Cana. I will be making a note to remember to select you all from our next trip here to Punta Cana and recommend you to anyone who is coming this way
