Nexus provided good service. They are easy to find in orange shirts and have large comfortable air conditioned buses. Rep walked us personally from the terminal to the bus, The only reason I’m rating it four stars and not five stars is because we had to wait 25 minutes for the bus. Even though it says that it might be up to 30 minutes in the rules other times we got lucky and got it faster. Otherwise ii am very happy. And it is half the price of what Apple vacations or other tour operators ofFering

It was a little challenging to find the tour company once we picked up our luggage. However, an airport worker assisted us. From that point on, we only had to wait about 15 minutes before departure to our hotel. The driver was funny and entertained us the entire way. Overall, it was a good experience.

When we got to the airport, we had to wait quite a bit for the shuttle to arrive. It seemed disorganized. The gentleman setting up the transfer was nice and helpful and we did have the shuttle to ourselves which was a plus. The transfer back was a disaster. No one ever told us what time we were getting picked up. The driver never told us when he arrived, which has not been my experience with other companies. At 9:35am, I contacted the rep to know what time was pickup and was then told me that the pickup was at 9:30am. So essentially, I was already late. I have issues walking, so by the time we hustled out the room and walked, the driver had left. They did not want to come back. And we were forced to take a taxi. I would not recommend simply because we were told that someone would call us a day before to set up pickup, they didn’t. And the driver arrived and never bothered to call either. I’ve had way better experience with other shuttle companies.

I bit confusing since our flight was rescheduled and we’re on the last flight for the day so our original time to meet up was out the window. Got help from a nice man after trying to figure out why our luggage was lost too. Ended up getting a ride to our hotel from one of the van operators so that was great (thank you). Still trying to locate our luggage. Quite the start to our vacation. Very nice helpful people

I had a hard time putting my flight information when booking but I reached out to Viator member and they helped me. I did email the nexus crew multiple times to make sure they would pick up on time no one emailed me back so I had to call and the guy on the phone was rude. He told me the time was 11:30 and the driver showed up 15 min early which was great and he got us there no problems. The company is hard to contact but they do show up when they say. Overall the experience was great.

Horrible customer service. I booked roundtrip airport transfers. The confirmation even says roundtrip which I showed them. They said they can’t find the reservation and told me to have a nice day. They then came back and said they only have the arrival transfer not the departure. Now I have to find transportation last minute for my clients. Tbe customer service was horrible and they did not even try to help fix the issue.
