One of our profession drivers will be waiting for you at the airport's exit with a sign with your name and company log on it. In terminal A at the cafeteria named "JETLAG" , in terminal B at the cafeteria named " REFUGIO" ,Please contact us for free with whatsapp, let us know that you arrive, so we may know that you did. Drive will be park a couple of minutes away from the meeting point, once you have your luggage and be on your way outside , let us know so he will be there waiting for you. Please be advise that you may be approached by individuals trying to sell you other transportation services at the airport. Please do not engage in conversation with them as they will try to mislead you about our driver not being there or having just left. Once you have your luggage you walk straight out of the airport and meet your driver who will be waiting for you at the end of the exit hall holding a sign with your name and company's logo on it.

Punta Cana ride to Dominicus Beach resort

The driver was very helpful and nice. However the car was too small. We had 2 bags and 2 hard cover golf club bags. We had to sit crunched in the back sit which was uncomfortable and hot. I did put that we needed a large car for our luggage. Driver agai. Was A#1 but vehicle was way too small. We have a return trip and I hope this is corrected on our return to the stated. Thank you. Hello Maureen , you booked for a Sedan car and that is what we send you, we never saw any where that you wrote that you were bringing 2 golf bags plus 2 luggages , if we had known that you were bringing golf bags plus your luggage we would had told you and recommended to book a minivan or a Suv, we spoke with you for your return trip and we are sending you a minivan.

The instructions for our airport pick up were very clear and we had no issues, they were prompt and ready to take us to our hotel. Our driver didn’t speak much English so we had to use a phone translator. Great driver.

Friendly employees and drivers: Kelly and Victor were the best. They were at the airport waiting before I landed to transport me. I rebooked them to take me from the hotel to the airport and again, they were there before our agreed time so there was no waiting. Well worth using this service.

This was the best! Our driver was on time to pick us up from the airport and to take us back to the airport. We rode in comfort in an air conditioned minivan. The best part is that it's a private transfer, so we didn't have to wait on anyone!

When we got off the airplane we had trouble finding our driver because they didn't have our name on a piece of paper waiting for us. After talking to a few people (who hound you trying to get a tip for helping) we found our driver. It also wasn't a sedan like we ordered. On the trip back to the airport everything went great.

Hello, thank you for spending a little of your time telling the experience you had with us. Our 24 hours Customer service has a Whatsapp (free app) number that makes it free to call from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world just with having internet. On the Punta Cana International Airport there is free wifi. So all you had to do was contact us on whatsapp or calling our toll free number and we would had directed him to you. All our drivers has a sign with the passanger's name on it. Passangers takes average to come out of the airport about 45 minutes, some times we wait up to 2 hours. and because the passanger does not contact us to our toll free number or through whatsapp, and does not leave a contact number on their booking, we do not have a way of contact them, we send an email to please give us your telephone number and you never did. It creates an issue to find the driver. I am sorry to not agree with you that we are a OK , We are the best, we have the best customer service, the best vehicles and the best drivers.

I am sorry to disagree with you ,but we are the best company, I do not know why you are lying, if that was true then you would not had made your flight, we arrange pick up between 2 hours and 30 minutes and 3 hours before the flight's departure. If we had schedule your pick up 2 and a half hours before your flight's departure and then we went ahead and picked you up 2 hours after we had it scheduled, and it takes between 20 minutes and 2 hours depending on the Hotel that you staying , you would not have made your flight. we have 24 hours customer service, we have whatsapp app that you may contact us from anywhere in the world for free , just by having internet access, and we have the best vehicles and drivers . thank you for your review , but this is not true , it does not make a sense.

My Husband and I are very happy with the service we received. When we arrived to Punta Cana Airport it was total madness, driver everywhere trying to get us in their cars. We were told time and time again to be very careful because it is not save, but there was our driver Carlos holding up a sign with my name on it (what a relieve). He was very helpful and educated us on a little DR history. We will recommend Viator car service to all our friends and anyone visiting DR. Thank you Carlos!
