The driver was punctual and professional. The van was clean and full equipped with AC and comfy seats. The pickup and drop off were done fast and easy. It was a pleasant experience on a day that is nerve wracking.

This company was not authorized to pick us up at the hotel lobby, we had to go to the main gate to meet the driver. This we were made aware of minutes before the arranged pickup time

Me and my wife was not picked up from the airport and we would like a refund of our money. We came to punta Cana rescheduled our trip want to go for transportation to the resort our flight came in late I made contact with the transportation company and me and my wife was wasn't picked up from the airport to get to the resort and I had to pay another taxi driver to get us to the resort.

On our return trip, the car arrived 35 minutes after the scheduled time. We were waiting with little kids which was not very pleasant. Otherwise it was not bad service. But that 35 minutes delay caused the driver to drive pretty fast so we don't miss our flight.

Thr pick up from the airport to hotel was horrible. We're in Dominican Republic and told yes our driver will be waiting, will have a sign with your name, on vehicle too. we searched for this individual and was on a total poppies side of where pick ups were done. he was sitting in thr van, not a single name on the vehicle, no name for us to see he is with SILKY SANDS. 40 mins of trying to get someone to help us FINALLY find him. saying it eas an emergency. so basically you weren't here on time.
Next! lets talk about pickup from hotel to airport. NON EXISTING! we had 1 date scheduled, flight was canceled due to Debbie so flight changed. I made SILKY SANDS aware they VIATOR so I have thr conversations where SILKY SANDS agreed pickup up for 1030am following day.
Then 10:58 am and still noone! I had to pay AGAIN for another taxi. I immediately was in the phone with Viator who was ci tasting them for me. EVEN VIATOR REPRESENTATIVE SAID THEY HUNG UP ON HIM!!
I requested refund and they're doing investigation.

Hello, good evening, I don't know why people like to do nothing and don't tell things as they are, you should say that you contracted a VIP service with us which costs $120 round trip plus you requested that they bring you a quantity of servings and others drinks which had an additional cost of $30 dollars and you wanted them for free and since you refused to turn off things that you had ordered we had no other options but to give them away and on the day of your departure we spent more than 40 minutes waiting for you, we called you several kisses And since the cell phone did not come out or respond, we took out the transport, we have proof of all the calls made and the GPS address of the unit, thank you very much for your comment, this helps us improve ourselves.

Waited almost 30 minutes for our driver. Spoke to him 4 times and kept telling us 5 minutes, 2 minutes and at the end was at the lobby which he wasn’t. Was lucky enough to get a ride with another transfer company. Never again!

Horrific experience. We had 2 incidents with this company. 1. Due to a delay at the hotel checkout we boarded the transportation van 20min late. The driver proceeded to fight and harass us (a group of 7 women) demanding we pay him a “fee” for being late. I told him I had no problem paying fee via Viator, yet he called his boss who also harassed us on speaker phone because they wanted the money paid directly to them. Because we did not comply the driver became enraged and drove recklessly all the way to the airport. He ran red lights, drove on the wrong side of the road and nearly crashed multiple times while laughing and taunting us when we asked for him to slow down. At the airport he purposely left us at the wrong terminal and threw our luggage off the van.
2. The van that picked us up was not the one pictured. It was a white van that was run down and would shut off when it was going through speed bumps.
I believe because we were all women they thought they could get away with such behavior. I have reported the driver and company and they should no longer be in business.

This is totally false, we arrived 25 minutes before their agreed departure at 10:45am and you got angry because we called them late because we had to wait 40 minutes at the hotel after the agreed time and we informed them that you could not wait any longer, we have proof that we sent them in one of our totally new units and that why did we not allow them to break into our vehicle by jumping and taking inside it, you threatened us that you were going to make this comment (for us it is a lack of respect that you try to tarnish our image because we did not do what you wanted with our vehicles and our employees, we are a transportation company, we are not children of capricious people like you)

Nothing special here older model vehicle but got me to the hotel safely. OK vehicle was run down a bit, could have been cleaner, inappropriate music in my opinion, and I wasn't to receptive to them constantly trying to sale me something.

Had trouble finding driver, no sign with my name on it. I was told one driver was taking me end up being another person which made me feel very unsafe. With this being a round trip there was no communication on pick up times. Don’t recommend.

Our driver was already there and waiting for us by the time we finished going through customs and picking up our luggage. They had a sign with our name on it which helped us locate him quickly. He was a true professional and got us to our hotel quickly and safely. Everything from the booking process to the transportation service itself was very easy and convenient and went smoothly. We had to wait 30 minutes for the driver to arrive. The van was missing door step so it was too high to get into. The lady standing with the sign with our name was hiding behind the other taxis counter so we couldn't see /find her easily.

We missed the flight and made every attempt to reschedule, but haven’t been able to contact anyone. We booked a new date and paid again, decided to request a refund from the previous reservation, been here for 2 weeks now and still haven’t received a refund for the 1st reservation.

No specific instructions for pick up instructions. Drivers don’t have clothing to identify who they are. Waited 45mins for someone to pick us up.
