The airport is a little chaotic, but the team was able to get us and help us navigate the crowd to a calmer pickup area. We felt safe and comfortable during the roughly 50 minute drive to the resort. They were prompt in picking us up for our return and communication was a breeze using email on the airport or resort WiFi if you are not paying for a data plan. Will absolutely use them again!

Lots of people coming to Punta Canta. Our driver Christopher did a good job of locating us coming out of the crowded airport. He was courteous and got us to our destination promptly and safely. He was at our hotel early to return us to the airport on the day of our return.

I scheduled the airport transfer online, but since I was in a rush, I accidentally selected the wrong information. Edward was kind enough to reach out and fix everything before my trip, which helped avoid any issues upon landing. He also recommended great excursions—I ended up booking the buggies through him, and the reservation process was smooth and easy. Our driver, Luis, was amazing—very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The transfer itself was seamless, and they also offer transportation if you want to go out into the city, which was super convenient. Their follow-up before my return transfer was extremely helpful as well, providing tips on how the airport works and what to expect. Overall, they are very organized and communicative. Great service the company communicates well and arrived on time to and from the hotel. We had to pay a little extra for the kids see, however, it worked out and it was installed without any reminder. Definitely recommended. Only suggestion is it would be nice to be offered a beverage or snacks upon pick up.

I had an amazing time on this excursion! The safari-like bus made the trip extra memorable. The ATV tour was an absolute blast, and the added stops really enhanced the experience. The water cave visit was breathtaking, the coffee tasting was delicious, and the beach stop was the perfect way to relax. The friendly staff were also fantastic—they helped make sure we weren’t getting ripped off on souvenirs. Overall, it was a fun-filled adventure I won’t forget! Highly recommend!

I booked airport to hotel transportation last minute while on the flight. I was immediately contacted by Jose with confirmation and details of where he will be waiting. I definitely recommend him. He was nice, respectful and a great driver! If I come back to Punta Cana I will use him again without a doubt.

I booked this booze party boat for Labor Day weekend 2025, and I want to give a honest review to help the next person decide if they want to book with this company. Overall it was a great experience. We had to board a small boat to get to a big boat(and take off our shoes for the duration unless you wore water shoes). The food I will say was priced very high, so eat before you come. The hookah was 25$ to start and 25$ each refill. The music was amazing and when we got to the section where all of the other boats were, it looked as if we were the only ones with music and dancing. I am very pleased with choosing this company.

I booked this excursion for Labor Day 2025, and was pleased overall with the outcome. Luis Miguel was our tour guide and he was very sweet and kind with our group. He also helped us with the “hecklers” in the area whenever we would stop for an activity. I was unable to drive the atv(my glasses couldn’t fit under the goggles) but was able to ride with the mechanic which was neat. I would recommend this excursion to anyone.
