TERMINAL B: Once you have cleared customs (immigration) go to the terminal exit that leads to the parking lot, reach the cafeteria at the end of the hall and you will see your driver with your name on their hands. ON YOUR COLLECTION. Your driver will be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the pick-up time, waiting for you with your name in hand. If you cannot find your driver, in your confirmation box you have all the necessary information to contact us, please call us or contact us through the different channels provided. Incredible! Luis was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and there waiting for us when we checked out of our resort. A super luxurious and comfortable way to travel to and from the airport. Highly recommended and I will definitely be a repeat customer next we are in the DR.

We had to have someone at the airport give our driver a call as they were running a bit late and the airport was extremely crowded due to the rain. But once we got togther the experience was good we got to where we need to be:) safe and clean
Safe and wonderful customer service! I use your services all over the world. I have recommended to all of my works traveler friends and family.
Great service, the driver waits for you to go through customs and get your bags, then takes you to your destination. Easy to contact via viator support.
The driver had a slight language barrier but he made it work. He offered us drinks and he made us feel comfortable.

The Limo was a TERRIBLE experience! For starters it was late! It was a piece of s**t. You can see the pictures the door was broken and didn't open. The seats were torn and cheap. It smelled and was shaking the whole way.
I accidentally scheduled it on the app and didn't know until it arrived what it was, and the agency and asked for a refund. Not sure what they will do yet but DON'T schedule a limo. It is a scam! Loved the trip to the DR and this was the worst part, but the agency was not willing to accept any responsibility and hasn't responded.
Great experience with transfer driver, he even stopped so we could purchase some fine dominican cigars

Great arrival and drop off, poor departure. That’s why this review gets an ‘Average’
We told driver that we were departing American Airlines at TERMINAL B . he dropped us off at Terminal A as result was long walk with luggage to the other Terminal .

The suburban SUV was older model and AC wasn’t working, only warm air was coming out of the vent. All the way to the airport we were sweating and my baby was agitated and sweating. I honestly would not recommend this company at all. Driver was quiet and on time with a black super hot car, I think he was parked outside under the sun for a while and no AC.

Our driver Rafeal was great! Easy to find, right to the Limo, and we were on our way with a glass of Chanpagne in hand. Definitely recommend them for your Airport transportation!

Very pleased, driver was waiting for us upon arrival, easy to spot with my name held up. Had cold water and beer for us. Let the teens play music in the SUV all the way to our resort. Helpful with bags. Prompt for pickup to airport also, upon drop off my husband left his cell phone in the SUV & our driver found us in the airport with it! What service! Will book again!
