He was prepared at all times and felt like a family friend. Parents’ review: Albeny was a fantastic tour guide. Extremely knowledgeable about the rainforest, PR history, sports and more. Excellent bilingual speaker, we all understood him easily. Excellent communication leading up to the tour, as well. He was wonderfully patient answering all of the kids’ (aged 7-12) questions, as well as engaging with the adults wanting to understand the flora, fauna, history, food and language of Puerto Rico. We loved our golf cart tour of Old San Juan! Our tour guides, Chris and Brandy, were absolutely fantastic. They were full of knowledge, friendly and fun. Our group ranged from age 12 to 76, and it was the highlight of everyone's trip. Riding in a golf cart is a great way to navigate the hills of Old San Juan. My son left his wallet on the cart and didn't discover it until the carts had been taken to their off-site parking spot for the evening. The owner went and picked it up and brought it to us at the restaurant where we were having dinner, and wouldn't even take a tip! Amazing service! Don't hesitate to do this tour...it's definitely worth it.

The perfect low-impact tour of El Yunque!

This tour included hotel pickup, a drive to the visitor center with exceptional descriptions of everything, the castle, a waterfall, and a diversion to an outstanding local coffee shop! It had everything we wanted, plenty of time to look around and shop, and information about everything! Francisco was the perfect host and driver, and the trip was perfect for us. Not too much hiking but access to everything! This made us fall in love with Puerto Rico!!

We had so much on the bio bay kayak tour in Fajardo. The staff was helpful, informative and kind. We are beginner kayakers and we were a little nervous going in to a night kayak adventure. Thanks to the staff those nerves were put to rest. Nothing scary about it. We would definitely do this again!

Last night we went to see the bioluminescent bay and it was honestly so cool. The water really glows — it feels unreal when you see it in person. Our guide was great, super nice and easygoing, and made the whole trip relaxed and enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of. Definitely worth going if you’re visiting!

A Perfect Day For A Solo Traveler- Unforgettable Experience!

As a 54-year-old woman traveling solo, this tour was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I joined the group, everyone was welcoming and friendly, and our guide, Steven, made the entire day smooth, fun, and informative. We began in beautiful Ponce with a guided tour of the historic castle, followed by a Don Q rum tasting and a deep dive into its fascinating history right there on-site—such a unique experience! From there, we headed to La Parguera for delicious fish tacos (seriously, don’t skip them!), then boarded Captain Jack’s boat for the real magic. Captain Jack was knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we had the best views at the sandbar for the sunset and later, in the bioluminescent bay. Swimming in glowing water under the stars was absolutely surreal—and they even helped us get great photos to remember it by. I felt completely safe the entire time and truly cared for as a solo traveler. This tour went above and beyond. It’s an absolute must-do when visiting Puerto Rico!
