Please note that check-in will close promptly 30 minutes before departure. Guests who arrive after this time will be marked as no-shows, and as stated in our policy, no refunds will be issued. Our check-in area is conveniently located beneath the white tent next to the iconic tree with the red, white, and blue painted trunk, a welcoming landmark that signals the beginning of your adventure. For guests driving to the marina, complimentary street parking is available in the surrounding area. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID matching the name on the reservation, as this is required to complete your check-in.

This was a fun catamaran ride to a beautiful island to relax and play in the water and beach for half a day. There was about 30 minutes of snorkeling around a pier. I wish there had been more snorkeling, but the boat is super nice and we had fund on the floats and water. The crew was fun and nice.

From reading the instructions, it seemed imperative that we arrive early so we got there at 11:30. However, the hosts/team did not show up until 1215. So I felt like we wasted a lot of time waiting When it wasn’t necessary. The snorkeling was very disappointing. We saw one turtle before we got in the water and then really didn’t see anything else. This was at Palomino Island. I’m not sure if that is their normal snorkeling spot or not but we ended up basically just swimming around. The boat was nice and clean, the food was good and the guides were professional and friendly so it was still a good day, but it was definitely more of a beach day than a snorkeling trip.

I absolutely loved this tour!
Know before you go: the location is about 1.25 hours from the Metropolitan San Juan area and the tour specifies that participants are to arrive 1 hour prior to start time or be marked as a no show. That said, we had to leave out a little over 2 hours ahead of our scheduled booking. We arrived as required only to find out that the employees had not arrived yet. Additionally, we had participants arrive 10 minutes before our start time who were allowed to still participate (yay for them). This is the only reason, I took away a star from this experience.
Once the tour started, we met our guides who were absolutely amazing! They took their time to explain things to us, reassured us when the waters became choppy, played good music and fed us good food and drinks. The snorkeling can be difficult at first, just let the guys know if you’re a beginner so they can take their time and explain things to you. My man is not the best swimmer and could have benefited from so TLC during the snorkeling experience. Other than those two things, I’m so glad I found and booked this tour.

Definitely worth it!
This excursion was the highlight of our trip. Kenny and Kiwi were very attentive and provided excellent service bartending, assisting into the water, and a yummy lunch. Snorkeling was not rushed and we saw so many fish. Then another trip to Icacos to enjoy 2 hours of beach time relaxing was the best. I’d recommend this company and happy we chose a great one. If you’re in San Juan, an Uber is a good choice, or if you drive, there is parking on the street.

This was a wonderful experience! Our captain Jay and our lifeguard/bartenders were spectacular. We planned this to be on one of our last days of our visit to the island and although it made me want to extend my visit and possibly just move there I was able to end on a super high note. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do, vibes were amazing and make sure to reapply sunscreen more often than usual otherwise you’ll have a sunburn souvenir to take home with you.

1st off the service was top class. They put safety above everything and are equally just as high on customer service, hospitality, and the overall experience. This is my 2nd time booking with them and it’s been awesome. My 1st trip we took the kids to Culebra and loved it. This 2nd trip it was just my wife and I and we went to Icacos which is also kid friendly. The food did not disappoint, the drinks were flowing, and they’re very good with engaging with the customers. They’ll teach you about their culture and their experiences if you just talk to them. My son lost his flipper under the boat Gilbert went and retrieved it for him. No easy task. Ironically Gilbert was on my 2nd trip and he remembered us. He actually gave us me a tank top to give my son back at the states as a memento. So awesome. We love this team and this island. We highly recommend them.

The crew and experience was top notch! Highly recommend! I would suggest not asking guests to arrive one hour ahead as that leaves you standing in the heat for 45 minutes before check in begins.

Icacos was beautiful! I’m so happy we booked this tour and I’d book it again. However, I’d probably look for one with transportation included from San Juan because the uber there added another $150 to the cost of this.
A couple of things:
We were told we would be late if we weren’t there by 7 so we arrived at 6:45am. We ended up standing around for an hour before getting in a shuttle to the boat. Use your discretion but getting there an hour early was absolutely not necessary. After an hour of waiting my party was pretty agitated.
Not all the drinks on board were included (beer for example). I just feel like at this price point it should have been.
Because of these things and that our tour guides didn’t want to play Bad Bunny on the boat, I give it a 4/5.

One of the only boat tours I found that allowed children under 3 which was perfect for our family traveling with kids ages 1-11 years old. We had an amazing time! Highly recommended for families!

This boat excursion exceeded my expectations! I booked it for my best friend’s bachelorette party. Even though it wasn’t private, all 9 of us got to sit together and it was so much fun. I messaged the tour guide to schedule pick up from San Juan. They only pick up from major hotels, but that was no big deal. On the boat, the crew was amazing. They were friendly and had good energy. I loved snorkeling for the first time and the beach we went to was so nice. I am vegan and gluten free so I wasn’t really expecting to be able to eat the provided lunch, but I was surprised to be able to have not only fruit and veggies, but also potato chips and a delicious bean salad. The bean salad was particularly good. I would highly recommend this excursion for a fun day trip!
