We had such a great time on our private boat charter! The captain and boat mate were both incredibly attentive, helpful, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun from start to finish. They made sure we were comfortable the entire time and really went above and beyond for us. The boat was beautiful, the vibe was perfect, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water. Highly recommend!

We went on our last day in Puerto Rico. Angel was great and very kind to the group. We were on the older side 54-78 years old and he helped some of us get on and off the boat and took our lunch and an umbrella to the beach for us to sit and relax and take in the views.

Captain Adrianna and first mate Lolo gave us a great trip - they were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with our older family member and just great people to spend an afternoon with. We snorkeled and visited two other beaches and had a wonderful lunch of sandwiches and fruit. An amazing experience during our stay in Fajardo. Highly recommend.

We had a great time with Adrianna & Lolo. They knew what they were looking for in terms of a good snorkeling spot and moved accordingly. Because of that we saw 4 manatee and a sting ray. They were also very attentive while we enjoyed some relaxation in the beach.

This was such a lovely day! Syd and Christian were amazing! We had so much fun at both islands, loved learning about the history of the area, and enjoyed the ride and swimming. We got to see some turtles along the way! Some of the group snorkled and really enjoyed it. We are so glad we booked this experience and highly recommend this crew!

We loved our guides, Alejandra and LoLo. LoLo was really hands on with the kids, he made the trip fun for them. Alejandra was very informative as to what was in the area we were staying in and very pleasant and kind.
Now for the down side; Never book these trips with third party agents as to they are way more expensive than going through the actual merchant. I definitely feel that I didn’t get my money’s worth. The food was a bowl with ham and cheese sandwiches, a bowl of fruits which consisted of grapes, and sliced oranges. The bags of chips were stale, which really was disappointing. The beer wasn’t cold and the rum punch wasn’t what I expected. When I inquired about the difference in the rum punch I’ve had, I was told their rum punch is a mixture of rum and capri sun.
I did read the reviews and they were really good, but that’s not my experience and for $750 I think it could have been better. Not sure what the price would have been if I had booked directly with them but I was told it is a lot less.

I am very sorry that being practical is a nuisance for you. The half-day tours are short tours, and most of the time we visit two islands. The bowls are used because you have to take them to the shore, and if something happens, they do not fill with salt water or sand. The price difference when booking with third parties is part of the business. The tour with Viator comes out at $715.00, not $750.00, and with us, it's like $100.00 less. As for the chips, one buys them, and something may have happened that we don't know about, so they are constantly bought to prevent it. I'm very sorry to hear that instead of categorizing the service more. He is one of the few people who complain about this. In our company, it is very rare for people not to appreciate what we do. I hope you can have a better experience next time when you come on vacation to PR. I am very sorry that your experience was not the best, and we are always here to serve you.

Wow! What an amazing day. Matthew and Capt. Oscar were friendly, down to earth and very knowledgeable. It felt like a choose your own adventure, as we were able to help set the pace and how long we wanted to do (or not do) the three locations. We did snorkeling, enjoyed most of our time on the sandy island and a boat pass of the rockier beach. What a great day! A few tips: it is the first wooden gazebo (right up front). Put on your sunscreen before you even get on the boat so it has time to soak in. Know you likely will get wet on the boat (so put any clothes you don’t want wet in the boxes).
Honestly, the snorkeling was my favorite - we saw jellyfish, stingrays, sea urchins, brain coral, so many tropical fish. The beach was great, the food was good - we had an amazing day! Would do again.

We had Angel and Lolo take us to Icacos for snorkeling and some time in the beautiful beach. They were great, fund and very kind. Snorkeling was great, they gave us a refresher on how to properly use the equipment and Lolo safely guided us thru the corals for a great view.

THE BEST! I will book this 200% over a catamaran. Perfect for a small group, we had 6. The boat was fast, and both the captain and his daughter were so knowledgeable and thorough, keeping it safe at all times but bringing the fun and entertainment. They are so attentive and great to spend time with. By the way, they are serious about providing fruit, drinks, beach umbrella, noodles, the whole package. You can’t ask for more. Looking forward to the next one! I believe our crew was Red and Ale!

I chose to book this excursion after reading the great reviews. I wanted something private and more personal for my family of 5. I am so happy I chose to book with this company! John and Adriana were absolutely AMAZING!!! They made us feel so comfortable and always made sure we were safe, which I really appreciated. We went to Icacos Island and decided to stay there because we were having such a great time. My kids really enjoyed the floating mat and noodles they provided. They played music of our choice, had sandwiches prepared for us, gave us snacks, fruits, and drinks. I loved how the kept checking on us. They were so friendly and made sure we were taken care of at all times! It was sooooo worth booking a private tour with them! I highly recommend this company and give them 5 Stars!! We would definitely book with them again. Thank you both so much for making our family’s experience a great one!
