Great destination with an awesome guide

Omar was a timely, professional and knowledgeable guide who kept our family of four (2 teens) engaged with his Mayan history knowledge and local stories. The cenote was a nice and refreshing treat. Lunch at a buffet included many local dishes not to be missed. We went at our own pace and skipped the shopping. Overall a great day. (Remember to bring hat, sunscreen and don’t forget your swimsuits.)

Fantastic tour. Having a small private group made the Chichen Itza experience so much better. As we passed by the large group tours there I realized there was no way they were absorbing as much as our guide was giving us, particularly our children. Our guide’s knowledge base was massively impressive. We then were taken to the Oxman cenote which was a blast and not crowded even in the middle of spring break. Finished off in a small local restaurant which served us the best meals of our entire weeklong trip.

Best experience of the trip!

Our tour guide Gabby was wonderful – so knowledgeable and friendly. We saw so many sea turtles! Go early in the day (8 am or earlier) before it gets too crowded if you can. Gabby even towed one of our children to shore when she saw she was struggling to keep up. Swimming in the cenote was the highlight of the trip. Be aware that the cenote is underground and dark in spots, but so cool! Taco lunch was delicious. The driver Ben and the photographer Danny were also great. So many good photos from the day! Definitely recommend!!!

This was a great experience and our Tour Guide was the best. No flippers allowed on the sea turtle swim. The Cenote swim through the under ground river was so unique. If you are claustrophobic, it may not be for you. Tulum ruins has many stone paths, some steps and iguanas, and the history is so interesting. Tulum was not a long drive from Playa del Carmen.

This experience was everything that we could have wanted. We had the transportation there (even though we were the 1st stop on pickups and it was early), a very informative guide and time to explore on our own. Full day of adventure

It is a good trip and lots to do. The only thing is you can’t bring a camera into the caves. You will need to bring an underwater phone or camera to take photos. Our tour guide could have let us spend another 15 minutes or so snorkeling and that would have been wonderful. Lastly, if we had an additional 20 minutes in Tulum to shop around after our first top that would have been great. We really didn’t get a chance to buy much. Overall it was a great experience. I was with a smaller group and loved it. I would do it again for sure. Totally worth the cost. Just book it and enjoy the trip.

Great experience! Just enough time at each place. Our tour guide Iker and our driver Luis were fantastic! Very informative and we knew what to expect every step of the way. You have to shower at the cenote site before going in- the water is COLD. Be ready! The snorkeling part you are driven out to the starting spot, jump off the boat and you swim back to the beach. We saw plenty of turtles along the way. Just know there is swimming involved. It’s not jump out, snorkel and get back in the boat. We saw a HUGE stingray and many turtles. Again - great tour, great guides/driver Iker & Luis.

Amazing must see

This is nothing like any other amusement park/ theme park out there. Truly so amazing, the water was around 74/75, so not bad for us Florida natives. All the activities, swimming in the cenote, zip lining, expeditions ect were 100000% worth every penny. It’s so insanely cool, highly recommend!
