Great destination with an awesome guide

Omar was a timely, professional and knowledgeable guide who kept our family of four (2 teens) engaged with his Mayan history knowledge and local stories. The cenote was a nice and refreshing treat. Lunch at a buffet included many local dishes not to be missed. We went at our own pace and skipped the shopping. Overall a great day. (Remember to bring hat, sunscreen and don’t forget your swimsuits.)

From start to finish, Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of the area. He made our experience so enjoyable. He made the entire day feel seamless and stress-free, and his insights brought the ruins to life in a way that made it so much more meaningful than just walking through on our own. He was also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making sure everyone in our group was comfortable and enjoying themselves. We had time to explore and never felt rushed. Guillermo was equally fantastic—his driving was smooth and safe, and he made the entire journey comfortable and stress-free. They even provided refreshing snacks and beverages along the way, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the day even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide—Adrian Luna truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend requesting him if you have the chance!

Five stars without hesitation. Our sea turtle swim and cenote tour was one of those experiences that reminds you why you travel in the first place, and a lot of that comes down to one person: Cora. From the moment our group came together, Cora set a tone that was warm, genuinely knowledgeable, and full of good energy. She has that rare quality in a guide where you feel both well taken care of and completely at ease. She didn't just point things out; she made you care about what you were seeing. Every bit of context she shared about the turtles and the cenote added real depth to the experience. Timing was also a quiet win. We were a full 30 minutes ahead of the big bus tours, which meant our group of 10 had the water and the space almost entirely to ourselves. That intimacy made everything better. And our group fed off it; everyone was in great spirits, laughing, wide-eyed, fully present. I genuinely believe a guide sets the tone for an entire excursion. The right one can elevate even a great itinerary into something you talk about for years. Cora did exactly that. If you get the chance to book with her, don't think twice.

This was a great experience and our Tour Guide was the best. No flippers allowed on the sea turtle swim. The Cenote swim through the under ground river was so unique. If you are claustrophobic, it may not be for you. Tulum ruins has many stone paths, some steps and iguanas, and the history is so interesting. Tulum was not a long drive from Playa del Carmen.

Full day of adventure

It is a good trip and lots to do. The only thing is you can’t bring a camera into the caves. You will need to bring an underwater phone or camera to take photos. Our tour guide could have let us spend another 15 minutes or so snorkeling and that would have been wonderful. Lastly, if we had an additional 20 minutes in Tulum to shop around after our first top that would have been great. We really didn’t get a chance to buy much. Overall it was a great experience. I was with a smaller group and loved it. I would do it again for sure. Totally worth the cost. Just book it and enjoy the trip.

Great experience! Just enough time at each place. Our tour guide Iker and our driver Luis were fantastic! Very informative and we knew what to expect every step of the way. You have to shower at the cenote site before going in- the water is COLD. Be ready! The snorkeling part you are driven out to the starting spot, jump off the boat and you swim back to the beach. We saw plenty of turtles along the way. Just know there is swimming involved. It’s not jump out, snorkel and get back in the boat. We saw a HUGE stingray and many turtles. Again - great tour, great guides/driver Iker & Luis.

Best adventure park!

This was an awesome park. We thought no way would there be enough to do for the whole day, and to our surprise there was. The subterranean cenote experience was beautiful, I’m even a little claustrophobic and I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I was in awe at what an incredible experience it was. The zip lining was totally worth the little wait we had to wait. I’ve been zip lining many times and this was definitely my favorite. Very smooth and seamless. The best part is the park is so big even when there was a wait it was very brief. Like 15 minutes tops. The lunch buffet was also delicious and a great way to get more energy for more xploring! Happy adventures friends, just go!
