We have Pick ups, from Puerto Juarez to Playa del Carmen, in some places like the Center of Cancun they are meeting points, as in Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen, in the Hotel Zone of Cancun we go to 90% of the lobbies of the hotels, and about the Riviera Maya at 90% of the hotel lobbies, to the Tulum Center (Super AKI)

It was not a small group. A big bus full of people. Arturo (Brad Pitt) was good and friendly guide. I loved speedboats and mototaxis but staff didnt speak english at all. All Inclusive was breakfast (toast, juice, cookie, apple). Lunch was great but No drinks included. I got only two drinks in a speedboat. Holbox is beautiful but the beaches were full of seagrass. Long day but i liked it anyway

The scenery made this trip worth it. The tour guide Frank was poor service. He left us behind when we went to the restroom. He was always in a rush when moving from point a to b. At the end he kept asking for a tip.

During one point on the trip, Frank, was helpful with getting great pics but that was the only positive aspect of the trip. However, the fact that I requested a English speaking tour but was told when I arrived that no guide spoke much English was ridiculous. Thankfully my friend spoke Spanish but had to translate the entire trip. Why offer a service option you don’t actually offer? Communication regrading meeting points was not clear. Also, covid guidelines were NOT enforced throughout the trip especially at lunch when they seated us with random strangers. Our table was only allowed one dish of tortilla to share and no one touched any after one nasty table mate put her fingers all in it. Later one of the tour guides personally asked us for a tip which I thought was inappropriate. If I wish to tip I will. Then returning I had enough and yelled at a female in van we shared to put on her mask. The driver never insisted she keep her mask on. She put her mask on once I finished verbally chastising her. The driver insisted that he drop off the mask less female first even though he had to pass my hotel to do so. So inclusion. No I would not take another tour with this company in the future.

Bonne expérience avec un très bon guide, très sympathique et drôle mais : - rien est indique sur ce qu'il faut emmener - dur de comprendre les points de départ : message qui mélangent à la fois l'anglais et l'espagnol... - De plus, un trajet qui aurait pu me prendre 3h en a pris 4h30 car on prend des gens à cancun puis à playa del carmen et il s'agit un gros bus : beaucoup de perte de temps dans la journée pour gérer ce gros groupe. De plus, on pas ete prévenu que certaines activités étaient annulées à cause du vent. Donc journee 6h - 21h30 pour 5h à holbox. En prenant peu de gens, la journée aurait pu être le 8h à holbox.

El bus y el transporte son como 9 horas del tour. Por tanto no tiene sentido hacerlo en mi opinión, y es algo que se debería de avisar con antelación porque en mi opinión es una estafa, pagar para estar en un autobus

Decidimos tomar este tour de último minuto y valió la pena 100%. Nuestro guía "Maui" es muy bueno, no solo nos explicaba a detalle cada uno de los lugares que visitamos, sino que también fue muy ameno el tiempo que pasamos con el (abierto a chistes y demás). El tour estuvo pegado completamente al itinerario todo el tiempo, por lo que no tuvimos problemas de retraso en ninguno de los lugares visitados. Me hubiera encantado que el tour durara un poco mas de tiempo para que nos diera mas oportunidad de conocer cada uno de los lugares.

Nachdem wir über 1 Stunde unterwegs waren wurde die Tour abgesagt. Tour Leiterin war sehr unpersönlich. Dann über 1 Stunde nochmal warten in der Pampa. Dann über 1 Stunde zurück zum Hotel, wobei wir sehr sehr langsam noch andere Hotels angefahren haben. So waren wir immerhin 5 Stunden von der 10 Stunden Tour (Achtung Ironie!) on Tour. Tour Leiterin verabschiedete sich nicht einmal. Man sagte uns wie müssen Viator anschreiben wegen einer Erstattung. Jedoch bis jetzt keine Reaktion des Vermittlers. Die nächsten Tage wird PayPal eingeschaltet. Voator arbeitet sehr zäh. Um eine Abholzeit vom Hotel zu bekommen muss man selber aktiv werden. Einen vorher gebuchten Ausflug haben wir deshalb schon storniert.

Hallo!! Es tut uns sehr leid, was passiert ist. Die Holbox wurde wegen Windanstiegs mit Böen von 30 bis 40 km / h abgesagt. Der Hafen war für die Schifffahrt zu Schiffen unter 40 Fuß gesperrt. Wir wurden über 9:00 Uhr informiert, warum wir versucht haben, die Leute auf eine andere Tour umzustellen oder das Datum zu ändern. Wenn die Marine den Hafen schließt, können wir nichts dagegen tun. Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare. Nur so können wir uns verbessern. Wir hoffen, dass Sie bald wiederkommen und uns die Möglichkeit geben, Ihr Konzept über uns zu ändern.
