If you arrive too early, the dock may appear to be out of service, but it is the dock on the left shortly past the bottom of the steps from the Pont du Bir-Hakeim on the All. des Cygnes. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the views weee marvelous, especially near the end when you see the mini Statue of Liberty with the Tour Eiffel in the background. Our waiter Enzo was wonderful and the whole evening just delightful! I would definitely recommend this dinner cruise!

We booked this experience during our visit to Paris to celebrate our anniversary.
The dinner was excellent. The views were amazing. We were blessed with great weather. The team onboard let us know when certain views were coming up that we may want to go out and see on the upper deck.
The length of the tour was just right, not too short and not too long. The bottle of red wine was good.
We finished our voyage just as the Eiffel Tower began twinkling at 11pm.
We appreciate the team and would recommend this experience for those looking for a very special evening on the Seine.

We had a very nice time on the Seine river cruise. Great views of Paris at sunset and in the evening. The food was good and our waiter was very attentive. I would definitely do this cruise again when I am in Paris.

Enjoyable experience, very organized, easy to find location, go early to get in line, as there are 200+ people on the cruise. Don’t forget to go up to the top deck several times throughout the evening. Worth it!

We found Capitaine Fracasse tours less than a week before departing for Paris, and we are glad we did! We booked the evening dinner cruise for our anniversary, and had a table by the window. All staff were very accommodating and pleasant, and the pricing was very reasonable for the amount of food and drink that was included, as well as the length of the tour. The quality of the food was also very good. Highly recommended!

The dinner cruise was a beautiful way to start our trip! It was wonderful to see the sites of Paris lit up at night- especially the twinkle of the lights in the Eiffel Tower!

We had a family of 7 from ages 12-76 years of age. We all had a wonderful time from start to finish. Directions were clear and easy. Boat arrived on time. Staff was friendly, and the boat/dining room was lovely.
Pros: Great food. We had food allergies and were accommodating. All 3 courses were delicious. My parents enjoyed the Fois Gras. Most of us chose the Steak (additonal $15, which it did not say when we booked the reservation). I had the fish and my dad had the chicken. We both enjoyed our choices. Desserts were all delicious as well.
View was great! Staff took a while to get to us once we sat (about 30 minutes), but our server was very pleasant once he did get to our table.
Roof top to take pictures was never over crowded and the time slot at 8:15pm was perfect. We ended up circling by the Eiffel Tower at 11pm right when it was lighting up again.
Cons: Took 30 minutes for a server to come to our table and we were very thirsty. All beverages are à la carte. Bottles of water were small and $7/each.
We spent another $155 after all of the upgrades on beef and beverages. Total spent about $700 for 7 people, which we think is worth the experience!

The company did not have our booking and said they frequently don't get them from Viator so Amir, the host, made us wait in a group of other people this had also happened to. I showed both my booking and my PayPal to him. He implied that we might be scammers and said we might have to leave the boat. This experience was humiliating, anxiety causing and set a terrible tone for the evening. We were given horrible tables in the middle of the boat and could not see outside. On the companies website you can book window seats but not on this one ( I didn't know this on booking). Our main courses arrived at different times so we didn't get to eat together even.

My booking and that up 4 other groups were not transferred to the actual cruise. We had to wait until everyone else boarded to be seated and then we’re “fit in”. It was embarrassing and stressful. The cruise was lovely with a great meal and amazing views of Eiffel Tower.

Very disappointed with the Viator app. I made my arrangents over a month ago, recieved a confirmation email and 2 days ago notification that my amex would be billed for the event. All good right? NOPE! We arrived, boarded the vessel and they had NO reservation for us. No way to stay unless we paid for our meal AGAIN which we did. I am now contesting the charges on my american express bill. Viator has no live customer service even though the App says it has 27/7 customer service. Just stressful. The tour itself was fine. Decent food and the maitre D accommodated us. Book directly with the Capitaine Fracasse dinner cruise. Skip Viator.

I highly recommend this tour. The service was great the experience seeing the sights from the water amazing. Don’t go expecting highly quality food but it was definitely eatable. I’m glad we had this experience.

Absolutely beautiful views and a really nice ship. However, despite the drinks included in the Amiral package tea & coffee are not included in the price and will be up charged. It wasn’t a big deal but just be aware!

A great experience and a fun and relaxing way to see the city at sunset. Make sure you journey up to the top deck for perfect views of the Eiffel Tower all lit up and sparkling. Our server was attentive and the food was great!

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The manager was incredibly kind and accommodating, the food was delicious, and the views itself were breathtaking. Our server was fantastic. We definitely recommend this tour.

Fun Seine river cruise with sumptous 3 course meal. Staff are very hospitable and friendly. It was my birthday and staff made my evening special plus you get to see Paris favorite landmarks via the river cruise. Highly recommended when in Paris.

Really fantastic view of the city, food was exceptional. It was quite a lot of money at £321 and we had a bill at the end for another $100 euros for a drink each and supplement food charges. we felt it was a bit much, we understand it was a supplement for a more expensive meal choice, and of course the second beers for 2 people we wouldn’t expect that to be included. But we have just paid out £321, so surely a drink each would be included, we were at their mercy for drinks, even the water wasn’t free.
Also there is a professional photographer on board, who makes you do cheesy poses and then tries to sell you the photos after showing you how ghastly you look. The photos were $70 for a set. Other people seemed to enjoy that and bought the photos, it embarrassed us I wish we could have just said no thank you.
All the staff were lovely and friendly though.
