The evening dinner cruise was lovely. We had a three-course meal that was quite delicious. Never expected to have such good food!
The sights were beautiful at night! Would highly recommend this to first time travelers as well as those that have been to Paris before.
It was one of the best highlights of our trip!

Arrived to have to stand and wait past the 8.30 time we were told we would be on whilst they were still setting up and even hoovering.
Once on tables were very close together. We were also made to have photos taken that we didn’t want as the lady said “she had to do them” it was very awkward and I was very uncomfortable.
Zero communication on what we were seeing outside the boat (which we thought there would be) it was basically an ok meal on a boat. Not worth the money at all.
The views were spectacular, the food was delicious and the staff were really friendly. I highly recommend this dinner cruise!! Do it, you wont regret it

It was a nice dinner experience and the food was good. They do try to hussle you into buying pictures they try to scam you out of 40 euros each for so be aware of that. The open top roof you can go out on was nice.
This was a fantastic way to see Paris and enjoy dinner. The food was quite delicious! Setting with the cruise was lovely. My only qualm is timely service. From what I could see, our server had more tables than he can manage in timely manner. Our drink orders came quite late even after 2-3 reminders. We sat, received our food and drinks still hadn’t come. Other than this, my family and I had wonderful dinner.
This is a Must Do! The food was delicious, the staff were attentive, and the views were Amazing! It was money well spent for my husband’s birthday!

Good food, although the steak was an additional upgrade from what we purchased. My husband did pay and it was great.
Our waiter was awesome. We spent most of our time on the boat deck enjoying the view and he would come let us know when the next course arrived.
We were visiting from another country. Our flight was delayed and the tour operator did work with us to book another day, which was very nice. The address they provided was not correct. We walked/jogged between bridges and back and forth looking for the departure location for nearly 45 minutes (2.5 miles). We did not find it in time and ended up missing the boat just to watch it later sail by us as we looked from a bridge. If this is how you plan to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night, do NOT rely on this idea in case you experience a similar scenario. Being from another country, we relied heavily on being provided the exact location to show the uber driver.

Wonderful experience on the Siene River! It was so great to see Paris at night from the top of the boat! Dinner was very good and we had a great night!
The views along the Seine and the boat itself were lovely, but unfortunately the service made this a very disappointing experience.
From the beginning, our server, Nelson, seemed extremely distracted and visibly frustrated about something unrelated to our table. He was huffing and puffing, repeatedly showing his annoyance, and was texting on his phone while taking our order—to the point that we had to repeat parts of it MULTIPLE times because he wasn’t paying attention.
We purchased a package that included drinks like water, coffee, and dessert wine, but rather than making sure we received what was included, Nelson added several of those items as additional charges to our bill. I had to flag this for the manager at the end of the cruise, who then explained to our server that those items were already included in our package. We also never received the dessert wine that was included, although they did ultimately apply its value toward the wine we ordered with dinner.
The service throughout dinner was equally frustrating. Our bottles of wine sat out for at least 20 minutes before it was finally brought to our table, despite us being able to see it waiting to be served. When it arrived, our server spilled red wine on the table and bottle, and I ended up cleaning the bottle myself. Later, during dessert service, he spilled part of my dessert onto me and then spilled all of the syrup from my pineapple across the table directly in front of my lap. There was no apology and no attempt to clean it up.
I completely understand that things happen and that people have bad days, but this was unacceptable service from start to finish. There were no apologies, no real attempts to correct the issues, and we only received what we had actually paid for after I spoke up at the end.
The overall operation also felt poorly managed. The boat departed late, service was extremely slow throughout the cruise, and we were still being served dessert after the boat had already docked at the end of the evening.
I would absolutely recommend doing a dinner cruise on the Seine—the views at night are beautiful and it’s a great way to experience Paris—but based on our experience, I would recommend choosing a different company.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!! That’s us the wrong location. We ended up running and sweating to get there on time and the boat was full. Wouldn’t answer me when I verbally asked what their deal was and why I got no email indicating the marina change. UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT happy!!!!!

Just be sure to wait for the boat it usually comes in late to the location where you're supposed to be picked up but other than that not a problem everything was smooth and the food was good

We were on the later dinner seating, the views were amazing, the food was tasty and the service was great. The deck was perfect to view the beautiful views of the city.
Great experience overall but wasn’t too keen on the food.. the start wasn’t to our liking but you can’t please everyone on that front. The staff were great, very friendly. We both had a lovely time and would absolutely recommend it.

Our evening aboard the Capitaine Fracasse was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. From the moment we stepped onto the boat, everything felt special. Cruising along the Seine while watching the city transform from sunset into the sparkling lights of Paris was absolutely breathtaking.
The views were spectacular, especially seeing the Eiffel Tower illuminated from the water. It was one of those rare travel moments where you stop, look around, and think “I will remember this forever.” ✨
The dinner exceeded our expectations. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed and elegant, and the entire experience felt thoughtfully planned from beginning to end. Enjoying a gourmet meal while floating past some of the most iconic sights in the world is something every visitor to Paris should experience.
We were traveling as a family, and this created such a beautiful memory for us. The combination of the scenery, service, food, and ambiance made for a perfect Paris evening.

The additional cost to upgrade to he Amiral Package was well worth it. We had excellent service, friendly staff, and this package allowed us to use the rooftop to take in the sights and have amazing views. We were celebrating an anniversary and were surprised with a bonus dessert, which was a lovely ending to the evening!
Wonderful service and food. The experience was more than we were expecting and a top memory from our recent trip to Paris. Well done!
