Excellent service. Special shoutout to Wasim who looked after my mum and I and took special care in ensuring all our needs were met. All staff were professional, fun and warm. Food was very good (for a tourist boat trip!). Vibes were incredible. I was apprensive at first but really pleased we went for it. Truly one of the highlights of our trip. Wish it could’ve lasted longer! Merci beaucoup!

This was a lovely tour! The views were fabulous, the boat was comfortable, and the food was DELICIOUS! We did the premiere window service and it’s worth EVERY penny! My only complaints that knock down a star is that the whole experience felt very rushed and I would have enjoyed a more leisurely, longer ride down the river. As we got on board and sat at our table, we were immediately asked what our orders would be (you do get to view the menu ahead of time while waiting to load the boat.) While service was prompt and very polite, we both finished our appetizers before even leaving the dock. Everything felt much more leisurely by the time we finished our main dishes, but at that point the tour was over halfway done. So, while I do understand logistics of serving a three-course meal in an hour and 15 minutes is tricky, I would have loved a two hour tour so everything could slow down and feel more relaxed.

Highly recommend this Seine River dinner cruise. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner while looking at many beautiful Paris sights from the river. One of the highlights of our family trip.

Yes it sounds pricey, but it was worth it. Very nice clean boat with spotless large viewing windows. A table next to the window was ideal. A bit confusing finding the correct check-in spot (voucher said go to port 5 or 7 but there was no one working at port 5).
Food was surprisingly good, boat departed and returned on schedule. You only get to choose one option for a bottle of wine per table (red or white). You cannot each choose red or white and the itinerary said you could choose champagne or kir as an aperitif but they only brought champagne.
And the description said tea or coffee as available but they did not serve it until about 5 minutes from docking and the tea was served in a soup bowl not a teacup (no handle) so it was too hot to pick up without burning your fingers.
Despite the few glitches, I recommend this trip.

The food is mediocre, however the service was great. You are definitely paying for the experience. If you are touring on a sunny day and sitting by the windows, it will be hot. Dress appropriately.

When we first got on the boat it was very hot from the direct sunlight. However, once the boat started moving and the sun set it was better. Our waiter was very attentive and pointed out the main landmarks we passed. Dinner was good and my dessert was excellent. We had a nice time overall.

Perfect evening to see the lights and sites along the Seine. We wanted something early as our days were full each day and didn’t want to be out very late! The timing of this dinner cruise was perfect for us! Food was excellent. The chocolate dessert was phenomenal! Staff was delightful!

Finding exactly which boat was ours took a few tries, but once we were there, the service was fantastic. I really recommend you spend the extra money for Premiere as the views, wines and service were worth it! The food was much better than our low expectations, which surprised us on such a touristy thing to do. But it was an absolutely fantastic way to see Paris - a perspective you just can’t get another way. Really worth the money!

The main entree and dessert were very good, starter and salad were so so, servers were attentive and pointed out certain landmarks to look at. Downside of the early dinner is we felt rushed.

The food and service was very good for the adults; not so good for two children. The early cruise runs the risk of being too hot, with the sun blaring down on you through glass windows. The first leg was fairly leisurely; felt like a spring on the way back and barely finished our meal before getting back to the dock.

Short dinner cruise perfect to kick off our Paris visit after a long travel day. No commentary regarding the sights however there is a QR code at the table to bring up information and the wait staff were most adept at describing the sights. Excellent wait staff with a team approach. Food selections were nice and the quality was very good. Champaign and wine were served and quite nice. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would recommend to others. Note: the etoile seating was quite satisfactory with upgrade unnecessary.

Toma was wonderful. She knew a lot about the history of the area and she was able to answer all of our questions. She read the group and had us stay at the wine shop while she went to the last stop to pick up the final desserts. The wine and cheese pairing was awesome.
