Boarding at 12.00am. Departure at 12.30am. End of the cruise At you arrival, you will be greeted by a hostess who will show you where to board. In exchange for your proof of booking, our reception staff will give you your boarding pass. Customers with cars can park free of charge on the quay.

- No menu is provided for children under 4 years old, who are accepted on board free of charge. If, however, you wish to reserve a menu for your child under 4 years old, we invite you to purchase a menu for 4 - 12 year olds (details on the official Bateaux-Mouches website)

Q:Is there free seating on the boat?
A:No. When you arrive on the boat, you will be greeted by our Maître d'Hôtel, who will escort you to your allocated table. Customers who have booked our Excellence menu will have priority at the tables in front of the windows.

The tour was cancelled due to high river level but the tour operator was great with communication and refunded us in full without argument

I thought there would be a guide telling us about the important buildings along the way. I enjoyed the accordion music. The lunch was good. Enjoyed the kir and the chocolate mousse the most.

We loved this cruise. It far exceeded our expectations. I picked this operator because they offered a vegetarian/ vegan food option. My husband said it's the best meal he had in our 2 weeks in Paris. Wine was plentiful. Service was great. Would do it again.

There was no commentary on the sites we pasted, the chicken was tough and the waitress was inattentive. She only came to the table to put our plates down. I asked for bread twice and never got it and I wanted to order a soft drink but she never came by. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.

The views were beautiful. The open air deck above was lovely. However it was a sunny day and that means half of the cruise it was uncomfortably hot while sitting next to the plexiglass. The air conditioning was not working or could not keep up. We kept escaping to the upper deck in between courses. Recommend middle of winter or a cloudy day.

All the experiences were wonderful, but one stands out- and that was the French Accordianist. The scenes along the Seine along with the classic French music made our 25th wedding anniversary very special.

We had the reservations, but understanding where to go once we got to the boat landing would have been nice. You do want to get there by noon to check in and board. Our views were great. The lunch and wine were nice. A bit more information about what we were seeing would have been nice. The wait staff was very nice. They were out of Coca Cola on our trip. It was nice

Dear Costumer,
As with an airplain, we do not have the option of delaying the departure of our boats beyond what is reasonable.
This would not only put a strain on the service, but would also be an inappropriate gesture towards our other customers who turned up on time.
Your judgement is based not on the service or the quality of the service, which you did not receive, but on the fact that you were unable to take advantage of it because you were late for the agreed time. As a reminder, all our customers are asked to present themselves for boarding from 7.30pm, for an 8.30pm cruise departure. This gives our customers plenty of time to make sure they don't miss the boat.

I booked this trip for 13 ladies for part of my sisters hen party. It was easy to book and amend if needed. Check in was easy and fast. The actual cruise is a lovely way to see Paris but it was a very hot day and we were obviously on one of the older boats so no air con. Everyone was sweltering in the heat, glass roof so it was like sitting in a green house. We eventually moved to a table at the back which was cooler. There was ample space there so we couldn’t understand why they seated people in the hotter space! A lot of people spent most of their away from their table to try and stay cool. The food is just ok, I would recommend doing the normal tour and bringing a snack/picnic rather then paying for this experience. As I say the cruise and views are lovely but the other elements just made it all quite stressful.

Our feedback on the meals and especially on the cruises is definitely different from yours. Could you perhaps argue your return later, by specifying which aspects of the meal you did not like?
As for the atmosphere on board, this is particularly surprising if we look at the comments of other thousands of guests, who found the atmosphere on board, with the waiters, musicians and other guests, to be one of the most appreciated things.

Absolutely amazing! I booked this as a surprise for my husband with not that much expectation, but it ended up being a bigger surprise for me! A very luxury experience, food was delicious and the staff were incredibly. We queued up early and got first table pick, which was right at the front of the boat giving us an amazing view. The food was brought out at good times giving us a break in between each course. We even got a whole bottle of wine + glass of Kir. At the end of the cruise we were not rushed at all and got a chance to go to the top and take pictures. Everything was so perfect and this was the highlight of my Paris trip. Thank you to this amazing company.
