The sights are first class including spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower. Service was fast and friendly and we were pleasantly surprised by a Foie Gras Creme Brulee.
However, be aware that in addition to paying for drinks, there are fairly modest charges that are unexpectedly included. Ours was $7 Euros for a steak - which was clearly shown as an option.

What a disappointment!! Took my parents and toddler for their first trip to Paris.
The boat took us to the opposite side of the attractions that it listed on the itinerary. The whole boat ride was dark and nothing to see. The meal was ok. Chicken was dry, we didn't get cod, because before we got on boat, you can already smell the fish from outside of the boat.
Will NOT recommend anyone to take this ride.

The food was ok, the dessert was very good, however, bottled water was suppose to be part of the meal, they charged us 9 Euros for half a glass of water (this was for 4 people) we tried to tell they that bottled water was included, they told us no, so we had to pay for it. Very disappointed in this switch and bait. The scenery at night was awesome. Would I recommend this cruise, probably not, the crew wasn’t friendly.

The cruise was okay. I thought the boat would go farther, but it was pretty to see the city from the river. Hard to take photos because the glass was so dirty and the lights inside the boat bounced off the windows. The food was only ok. I’d have rather just had some crackers, meat, and cheese. They served a steak for an additional cost and literally my jaw hurt from chewing it so much. I probably would have rated this higher, but the server literally spattered a steak sauce all over my $800 suede jacket and ruined it. Professional cleaners couldn’t get it back to its original state. They continued to charge us extra for window seating and steak 😂

The dinner experience was satisfactory. I had invited friends visiting from California and that was their first night in Paris. They were looking forward to it.
First of all, it was communicated on the menu that we had choices for the entrée. Everyone was actually served the same entrée. The foie gras was sugary, but the salmon was good.
My friends all ordered the steak, which was 7 euros extra per person. They left half of it on the plate, and said it was not of good quality. They didn’t make a fuss of it.
I ordered the fish. It was pretty good.
Before boarding the dinner boat, we had drinks on a boat next door, thinking it was the dinner boat. My friends ordered a bottle of wine, which they didn’t finish. We then asked the captain of the dinner boat if we could bring the bottle to dinner, and he happily gave it a go.
When arriving at the table and seeing the bottle, the waiter was very unprofessional and not kind to us at all. When I specifically explained to him that we asked for permission from the captain beforehand, the waiter angrily answered that the captain’s job was to stir the boat only. Well….French service at full speed !! I’m French, and I felt bad for my California friends to witness such service !
The ambiance…the music was very loud at times, so loud it was challenging to hold a conversation. The boat was full, so the noise was pretty high, on top of the music.
Despite all that, my friends were happy to see the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty from the boat at night. We paid 10 euros extra to have the table by the window.
Would I recommend this dinner cruise to friends ? Big NO.

Good food. Good service. However - we had seats in the center aisle. There was an empty table for two by the window. Once we were sailing, I asked if we could move to the empty table. The waiter would only move us if we paid EXTRA! That is silly since the boat was already moving - no one else was going to get on! So, the nicer table stayed empty.

Terrible information on getting to the boat!!!
Our Uber driver spent 30 min in an attempt to locate the boat. He asked other cruise operators, who were unaware of this boats location.
We got out & walked up & down the river, asking vendors along the way, asking if they knew of this location. No one did. We spent over an hour attempting to find, and finally had to give up.
This was to be my birthday treat, that I had looked forward to for months.
As soon as we arrived back to our rental, I messaged the operator. I was hoping that they would offer me another date, or refund me. They didn’t respond.
I contacted Viator, who requested a refund from them. I was denied.
In issuing this review, it is to inform others, that this operator needs to correct their directions to the boat, put a sign in front of it, and re-evaluate how to please a customer.

Not what was advertised unfortunately. It's sold as a complete dinner experience but if you want the cheese it's extra, if you want the steak, it's extra.... Just felt like a tourist trap. Oh yes, if you want a window seat it's €10 extra per person.

This evening experience was amazing. The boat cruise is awesome, allowing you to see major sites, especially the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night. However, I went solo and I don’t know if I’d go solo again. I am incredibly glad I did go, but nearly all other passengers come in families or groups. The menu is good, however you do not choose the starters or dessert, only the main course. You do have to purchase all drinks, including water. The food was good, but the boat sites were the best.

Instructions said we would depart at 6:15pm and we didn’t depart till 6:40pm. There was 1 specific kid that was obviously loud and making continuous obnoxious noise that was very distracting to many individuals but the hosts never did anything about it or spoke with the kid’s parents. Many people were served their drink and first course but we didn’t even get our drinks yet. We had to get up and ask where our drinks were. There was no consistency with service of food and drinks.

Smallish boat, but plenty of seating room. States that you pass by Notre Dame Cathedral, didn't come within 2 bridges of it. We were the only ones that asked for the vegetation option for the entree, with all the other people on the boat opting for the tasting plate. The waiters walked past us with piles of tasting plates, they even tried to give us one. We had to ask where our entrees were, as we could see them sitting on the bar for quite a while as they passed out all the other entrees. The main course and desert were nice, but the whole thing felt rushed. You have to pay for every drink, including water. Paris at night was lovely. There was even a proposal on board. She said yes.

Unprofessionalism from start to end. For starters, the email containing the tickets doesn’t even contain the name of the boat and it was very difficult to find. After finally boarding, it took the staff almost an hour to come up to us and ask us what we wanted to drink. The table next to us has food and drinks served within 20 minutes upon boarding the cruise. Absolutely garbage experience and waste of money. I would’ve received much better service at McDonald’s than this cruise. And then we didn’t receive dessert until the cruise was close to being docked at the end. I will make sure to tell others and post this review everywhere that I can so that people don’t bother wasting their time and money at this dump poor excuse of a cruise.
