Very nice experience. Different types of food. we could not find the location. It’s very difficult for us. The tour guide waited for us as long as she could try to direct us all along the way we eventually met up at the second stop. It was all completely positive experience once we got there.

Great variety of tastes in Venice
Guide Chantal was wonderful. Very outgoing and easy to talk to. Be prepared for a fair amount of walking. All the food was excellent. Lots of seafood but other options offered if you’re not a seafood eater.

Vanessa was a terrific guide--knowledgeable, friendly, willing to indulge us in small side trips. The food choices were delicious too.

Great Way to Experience Venice Food, Culture and History. Highly Recommend
This is a fantastic experience. Chantal was a wonderful guide. She shared a wealth of information on Venitian food, culture and tied it all into the city's history. Her excitement and love for the city really came through. Highly recommend this tour!!

Venice
Colorful boats on the water in the Cannaregio area of Venice.
  • Tours of Cannaregio include a fair amount of walking, so wear comfortable shoes and a sun hat.

  • The quiet backstreets of the Cannaregio are easier to manage with kids than the crowded areas around Piazza San Marco.

  • Ponte delle Guglie has recently added ramps, making it one of the few Venetian bridges that’s wheelchair accessible.

  • Venice has six districts: Castello, Cannaregio, Dorsoduro, San Marco, Santa Croce, and San Polo. Cannaregio borders Castello and a tiny corner of San Marco; it’s situated across the Grand Canal from Santa Croce and San Polo.
