I had an amazing experience at Rad Swing in Ocho Rios! This was a birthday gift to myself, and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Jamaica. My tour guide, Chaz, was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond by taking me to an additional local spot so I could try authentic Jamaican food that I had been wanting to experience, in addition to the included lunch. That extra effort made the day even more special. The swing itself was thrilling, and the views were breathtaking. I always felt safe because the staff carefully secured my harness and explained everything before the ride. The photos and drone videos turned out beautifully—better than I expected! They captured the experience perfectly and gave me memories I’ll treasure forever. Excellent Tour!

Our driver and our tour guide had the same name (to differentiate the two). Our private driver, Duane, was very friendly and professional. There was a miscommunication with pickup location between the company and I, but all was corrected and the 45 min drive from MoBay was pleasant. He gave us some history, was willing to accommodate stops and let us enjoy our experience with no rush. Our guide down the river, DeWayne, was amazing! This was a wonderful experience for my teen son and I. The spring water was beautiful, blue, calm, and so clean. DeWayne was very professional, made us feel safe, and made the journey through Rio Bueno fun. He offered to take videos and photos throughout, shared some history/knowledge if the land, and let us swim and swing from a rope. It was lovely ending at Bengal Bay beach to just relax. There were showers and clean bathrooms there to wash off and get dressed. I highly recommend this company and this tour. I would do it again and again.

Comfortable and time saving

Our driver began communicating with 2 days prior to our arrival just to make sure everything was still on track with our trip. He provided detailed instructions as to where he would meet us. He was easy to spot with our names clearly printed on his placard. His car was clean and cold! We made much quicker time than our transfer bus did by 90 minutes. Our driver knew exactly where to take us and got us to our destination in a quick and safe manner. We look forward to using this service again when we return to Jamaica.

I took this tour with 6 members of my family and thoroughly enjoyed the time together. We were transported in an air-conditioned bus and the tour director provided commentary during our drive to the tubing location. She provided a lot of information on the Jamaican culture along the way. Once at our first stop, we were able to tube as a group, enjoying the beautiful scenery as we floated down the river. We also had fun having "splash fights" with other groups on the river. After tubing, we proceeded to the Blue Hole to experience the thrill of jumping into the lagoon. Everyone in our group had a great time and the people working there were great. They used my camera to take videos of all our group as we jump into the lagoon. When leaving the Blue Hole, our tour guide offered to stop for lunch on the way home. We all agreed and picked up a lunch of jerky chicken and pork at a local restaurant. The food was delicious. Our entire group agreed that this was a great trip. Our only complaint was the time needed to get to the tour stops but we understood that this was out of the control of the tour operators.

We had a great time relaxing on the yacht and cruising the coastline. The crew on the boat is spectacular! They anchored the boat and offered to let us get in the water. We chose to just stay on the boat and relax. We had food catered from the Ocho Rios Jerk Center. It was great! I highly recommend this excursion. You will not be disappointed!

They were Great

They were amazing! Great communication prior to the trip, exactly where they stated to meet them, very organized, extremely nice. Glam was our driver and he was GREAT! He was fun, nice, knowledgeable, a safe driver, and never rushed us. We are thinking of doing another trip to Jamaica and if we do we will be using these guys they are awesome!

This is a MUST excursion....

This is a MUST excursion. Did this with my significant other and we had a wonderful time. Our day started by being picked up by our tour guide Iesha and driver, Shawn. They were both so wonderful throughout the day-informing us of Jamaican facts/history throughout our car ride to the excursions. They even stopped at a local store so if we forgot our water shoes/towels we could picks some up. We had a longer ride to our excursions and on the way home and they were wonderful about stopping for us to use the bathroom if needed. They even stopped for us to get lunch prior to our boat ride at a local Jamaican restaurant and the food was AMAZING! The excursions themselves were so fun and the areas were beautiful. Highly recommend this company to anyone as Iesha and Shawn made this trip unforgettable would definitely book with them in the future!

I wasn't to fat to ride the horse!

10/10 there was constant communication before the excursion which made me more confident things would go well. Our driver Michael was great, the staff at horseback riding made me feel safe and tended to. I chose to book outside of the Cruise line because according to them i was over there weight limit. River ride was relaxing and beutiful staff was great. I enjoyed taking the drive through the city to get to the excursions. I can definitely say I would do this again 10/10 recommend!!
