I loved this experience & have amazing memories of celebrating my 50th birthday in Jamaica! So much fun!
I had an amazing experience! From the hotel ride with Chaz to the comfort of Deshawn. There was another gentleman that took the photos he was also amazing! Deshawn makes you very comfortable! I definitely recommend

The dress was lovely However I thought the pictures would be taken from the back, front and side. My front pictures showed my legs and shorts and the back pictures did not even show my head

We reviewed the original files from your photoshoot, and the images we have show you from multiple angles, including front and back views, with the full images visible from head to toe.
From what you’re describing, it may be a loading or download issue rather than an issue with the original photographs. This can sometimes happen when files are accessed over slower or unstable internet connections, such as hotel or cruise Wi-Fi, especially with larger high-resolution image files.
We have also been trying to reach you using the contact information provided with your booking but have not been able to connect with you.
Please reach out to us directly so we can walk you through accessing the complete files or resend them to you using another delivery method. We want to make sure you receive and can properly view your complete photoshoot.

I had an amazing experience at Rad Swing in Ocho Rios! This was a birthday gift to myself, and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Jamaica.
My tour guide, Chaz, was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond by taking me to an additional local spot so I could try authentic Jamaican food that I had been wanting to experience, in addition to the included lunch. That extra effort made the day even more special.
The swing itself was thrilling, and the views were breathtaking. I always felt safe because the staff carefully secured my harness and explained everything before the ride.
The photos and drone videos turned out beautifully—better than I expected! They captured the experience perfectly and gave me memories I’ll treasure forever.
If you’re visiting Ocho Rios and want an unforgettable adventure with amazing views and keepsake photos, I highly recommend Rad Swing. Thank you, Chaz, for helping make my birthday so memorable!

I highly recommend this experience for a photoshoot! I did this for my birthday photoshoot and it was amazing! The drone footage is a nice touch as well!

It was a great experience! This was my first time in Jamaica and my first time doing something like this and I enjoyed it!

Wonderful experience. They made me feel really special and free with nature on the swing. They were informative on what to be expected . Don’t do this if you are afraid of heights.
Skyy gave me a history lesson on the ride. He had lunch with me because I was traveling solo. I tried jerk chicken and liked it.
They have an amazing team. Chaz our driver was so kind. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The guy taking the picture helped us pose for the video and pictures. The food was good. Overall 10 out of 10 experience.
This is a break off solo tour from my family. The experience was peaceful and exhilarating. I appreciate Chaz for showing me around town. The staff at the photo shoot were patient and fun. I will highly recommend this excursion.

It was beautiful nice scenery just bring a fan it’s a little hot lol didn’t get any lunch as promised but that’s fine the crew was helpful friendly and nice they get you comfortable on the swing make sure your safe they even have atv right near by that was also very fun

I wanted to let you know that I’ve issued a $25 refund to you for the lunch that was missed. Typically, we take guests to the lunch location after the swing experience, but because lunch is off-site, we usually provide transportation to get there. Since you opted to use your own transportation, we unfortunately weren’t able to escort you there, and we also missed the opportunity to give you the location so you could drive there yourself. That was an oversight on our part, and we sincerely apologize for that.
